      I hired Sundance on December 14 and paid them 3758 (estimate)which was half of the estimate for water damage to my house. From the insurance company Jason came out in January and did an estimate of his own supplement to the insurance companies estimate. Sundance estimate came in at around 68000$. The insurance company rejected a lot of what he put in it. A lot of fluff. The insurance company revised the estimate and came up to 40000$. Jason insists it still to far apart and has done nothing. He now does not return calls and his office does not response to calls. I would like my deposit back and to be done with a bad contractor.

We cannot get to a resolution with his insurance company on pricing after multiple attempts. I spoke with Mr.***** this morning about hiring a public adjuster to get this claim to resolution which he was in favor of. We cannot proceed with the work until we have pricing and the scope of work nailed down. Yes I spoke with Jason and we are moving forward with public adjuster and he will work with him.
