I paid $3800 to have Invisalign in 2016 and started my process in 2017. Doctors have come and gone, he pandemic and a host of other issues at Strong Smiles. My treatment was not completed and my teeth are still visibly crooked. I was informed by an employee that the new Dr. P that she cannot take my case and to seek further assistance from an orthodontist. Having to do so, I had to want to charge pay additional money to the ortho dentist at the cost of $3000. I was very compliant the entire time at String Smiles. I still have my very last tray from them, which is being used to keep my teeth in place until my trays from the new doc comes in. It is now 2022 and this has been a long drawn out process with Strong Smiles. I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email, requesting a partial refund since my treatment was not completed and with unsatisfactory results. I got the Align company involved and they have reached out to them as well. I have not heard back from Strong Smiles and this is very disappointing. I was a patient for many years and this ended poorly. Please offer any assistance about getting some sort of refund. Thank YouInitial Complaint

Yesterday I went to Strong Smiles for my cleaning. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 4pm appointment. The process didn't begin until 4:15pm. The person who does the cleaning spent a lot of unnecessary time talking about my lower lip. Strong Smiles recommended that I go see Trevann *** back in late 2021. I scheduled an appointment in March of 2022. Five minutes into the visit my takeaway is that Trevann *** is an ***** who has no clue what he is doing period! On top of that Strong Smiles denied having ever referred me to him in the first place. I was then referred back to Edna ******. I had scheduled an appointment with Edna ****** in the summer of 2021 however they'd canceled my appointment one day prior to my appointment for reasons unknown. Anyway the person was fixated on my issue which she's not an expert on. I don't appreciate someone speculating that I may have oral cancer just because there's something going on unrelated to my teeth. I also don't appreciate the excessive criticism of my brushing habits. The reason for going to get my cleaning every three months is so that someone who's supposed to be professional can do it! If I was able to get all of the issues resolved myself there wouldn't be any need to continue to get this done quarterly! If all I am going to receive is abuse going forward then I'll have to find another dentist.Initial Complaint

I paid $5k to have Invisalign because one of their doctors made me feel insecure about my smile. Invisalign covers the trays up to 5 years if you are not happy with your smile. Because doctor C. left and went to Cali and a new dentist will be taking over my case they want to charge me additional money so the new dentist can pocket it since the other dentist was paid out for my treatment!. Yes I didn't wear my trays for a few months but my treatment is still covered under Invisalign. This company is just after your money and not to help. It's sad because I have been a patient of theirs since they opened
