    On 12/29/22 I paid$7.95 for shipping on a set of pans,and when I called to find out about a tracking number or shipping date, I was told this was a subscription service, and the $7.95 was for a sweepstakes entry fee. My confirmation email stated it was for an order for the pan set, and all I was paying was shipping charges. I feel the ad and the confirmation email were very deceptive and would like my money back, thank you.

    I was notified by this company that I had one a set of ninja knives. and that I jad to pay the 6.95 shipping fee I noticed several days later that they charged my card 68 dollars that was not authorized. I talk with someone finally after 37 phone calls and they told me I should of read the fine print. there was no fine print and they committed credit card ***** by charging my card I don't want to pursue legal matter I just want the subscription canceled and My money refunded. do to the **** they are running thanks ****** *********

    Received an offer to get a Yeti Backpack cooler. I was only required to pay the $7.95 shipping fee. I paid this via my debit card on 10/31/2022. I received an order confirmation email from the company on 10/31/2022 (Confirmation #: XXXXXXXXX) for the backpack order total: $7.95. On 11/7/2022 I see a charge of $54.95 on my bank statement from Uniquehardwarelimedc XXXXXXXXXX Va. I called the number *********** and spoke with a customer service representative. She told me that these charges were for a recurring subscription to facial creams or something like that. I told her I did not order anything like that and that I wasn't aware of this subscription and did not authorize the charges. After requesting a refund of all charges, she told me her company doesn't do refunds and that I should have read the small print. There was no small print nor any mention of recurring charges. After much discussion, she said they would give me a 40% refund and I could keep a $100 voucher that they would send for me to use at their online store. I didn't want that. I requested she cancel the account and refund me all my money. She did came back and said she could use her employee status and get me 70% refund but no voucher. I rejected that because I did not authorize and wasn't aware of any follow-on charges. I again asked for a full refund and was told she would not do it and if I wanted to dispute the charges with my bank, please do but it is not guarantee that their legal team would issue a refund. I mentioned I would be contacting the BBB and she said, do what you have to, but our legal team will not refund you your money. I am requesting assistance to get my $7.95 + $54.95 refunded.
