A&M auto put through a loan for a ***** Malibu that I never bought I thought the matter was resolved I had spoken to the dealership and they said within 30 days it would be off my credit report that was two yrs ago approximately in November this took place I called the dealership today they acted uninterested and said they would call me back and never did . I had 24 hrs to decide if I wanted the car I called back the next day and told them I did not want to proceed w the car they acknowledged and said okay I never received this car whatsoever I thought the matter was handled until I tried to purchase a new car today and this came up on my credit reportBusiness Response

Place is a scam they tried to get me to sign an agreement that I didn't agree to. Told me one price and doubled it in contract without explaining. After asked still couldn't explain it so he got other people involved, all talking at the same time trying to confuse me. After I terminated the sale and left they tried take money from my account. Luckily I have 2 step verification so they needed the code sent to my phone. They tried six times and later I received the email posted below.Initial Complaint

On 01/07/25 Figo from A & M auto sales text me said I could pick up the jeep that they had supposedly got me financed for with my mom cosigning! Contracts were signed by my mom and I days before & I paid a deposit of $2000 even though I explained to Figo that I only had $1500 to put down! Well on 01/07/2025 they had me pick up the jeep they said everything was finalized it was even tagged in my name (temp tag) well I went to ******* up the street and not even an hour later Figo called and lied to me claiming I had to come back to get new temp tag there was an error! Well when I went back to the *********** tired to tell me that he believed my paystubs were fake and that my income could not be verified which made no sense since they had my paystubs for about a week so why would they just now bring that to my attention after everything was finalized! I will include screenshots of our texts where Figo had told me my income was already verified & obviously it was why would they let me tag and pick up the vehicle then? ***** rudely said to me I had to get my mom to put the jeep just in her name she has good ********** told him No I am not asking her to do that ***** replied so you are ok with loosing your $2000 deposit? I replied No I am obviously not ok with that I dont understand why you cant refund it ***** said I had to get my mom to do it, I had to give him something to work with or I dont get my deposit back since I made him loose a deal! I was really upset about loosing the deposit and felt defeated! Figo said he would refund my deposit so I text him the next day 01/08 to see if he refunded it he replied yes then sent another text after that said Ill try! Needless to say I am now out a vehicle and $2000! They got their jeep back I should get my deposit back too! This is so wrong! Also ***** told me to lie to the bank when they call me on 01/06 & tell them I already had possession of the jeep even though I did not! Worst experience EVER!Initial Complaint

I bought a truck on September 20. It was not inspected yet test drove it. He said hes gotta get it inspected that he was gonna fix everything wrong with the truck so I signed the contract. Didnt read it though so the trucks been in the shop since September 20 Today is December 18 and its been in the shop the whole time I made two payments no vehicle. And they also tried to forge my name for progressive insurance. I get a bill in the mail from progressive insurance. Ive been insured through State Farm for 6 years and I sudden I get a bill in the mail for progressive that they try to sign me up for without my knowledge. I am rejecting this response because:
I had to pull out another $4400 to have the problem corrected. Apparently there was other problems with the vehicle that wasnt the only problem with the vehicle and theres still problems with the vehicle. The last receipt is what we paid. Yes, theyve been trying to fix the truck but couldnt pinpoint the problem or they wanna fight and argue with the people that are fixing the truck. And the truck still aint fixed all the way the mechanic told me the oil pans got about a year in it because of all the rust the sunroof leaks and the heated seats dont work and dodge. Had to fix something with the steering that they said shouldve never passed Maryland State inspection and when we got down to the problem where the truck needed an engine, they didnt wanna pay ***** to do the engine. Thats what I took it in there for was that problem because the truck had an engine problem and they told me that this truck was warranted and was going to have gap insurance verbally and they kept on telling me anything that goes wrong with the truck just bring it back. We will fix it while Ive been trying to get it fixed for three months now and I just got it done the day after Christmas and I had to pay for it and it would be wonderful if they would help me out with that bill that would be greatly appreciate it because they sold me a truck with a bad engine in it from day one Ive been having issues with this truck they sold me this truck with all these problems and they had to know about it thats all Im saying, and it would be greatly appreciated. If I can get the rest of the money that I had to fork out to fix the truck that they sold me that they knew had lots of problems with it I took their word that they was gonna pay to fix the truck and then after I signed the contract, they lied to me because the truck isnt under warranty and theres no gap insurance on it and its not letting me upload the photos I have its saying theyre too big but I had the receipt what I paid what Dodge quote it I have all that

I bought a car through a small dealership. **********. I explained to them. I could not afford a high car payment with high insurance. They assured me my insurance payment would be included in my car payment. They paid for only one month. (The month I bought the car). I had no idea I had no insurance until I received an unexpected penalty from MD MVA. Still having trouble getting adequate insurance because when I told the dealership about the problem they acted like they got right on it and provided me what turned out to be more fraudulent information. I value my credit and I have no idea where this endeavor is going to take it. I may lose my car. Buyer beware.. I hope this ****** doesn't get any harder to learn. In. May of 2024 I went to this establishment to help my daughter purchase a car. I am the co-signer. We were given temporary tags that expire after today. I reside in. NJ. Went to the dmv to try get plates on the car and was told there was a flag on the title. I contacted the establishment and informed them of this issue. They said to me it was not a problem. They will issue me plates for the state of md and that it was perfectly legal. I have never heard of this but I assumed that they would be able to be transferred over to the state of NJ. My daughter has gone down there twice and today will be the 3rd day. I informed her to take the police with her. This is the last day she can ride around with temp tags. This establishment should be shut down for ******** people. Is the car stolen or? I don’t know, I have been trying to reach the title place or any title place and I come up with crickets. Everyday, they say come back tomorrow whenever they decide to answer the phone. Other then that it goes to voice mail where you are asked to leave a message and no one returns your calls.. This place needs to be shut down and our money refunded, so that we maybe able to get another car from some reputable people. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated and I know I should have looked on the bbb but my daughter needed a car fast. She was taking ubers to work every day. Any phone numbers you can forward to me involving car titles or a title agency would be greatly. On June 22nd made a deposit for a car(honda accord). Went back that friday June 28th and was there for several hours was told need cosigner more money down. I left was called back the next day saying I was approved for Nissan Rogue. Went back down was told car was getting inspected come back monday to pick up. Was told car had to go in cosigners name because my credit was not good enough. Called Monday said car wasnt back still getting inspected. Was told to come back Tuesday to pick up car. Went back Tuesday they told me cosigner had to tell the back that they picked up the car already even though they hadnt waited all day on Tuesday for bank to finalize funding. And manager said I couldn't take car until funding was finalized. But the bank ****** ****** was told car was already in my possesion.Wednesday still no car but was told funding was still being finalized. And got a text message saying to come get the car from salesperson.Also was told to tell bank we put down $4000 we put down $1000. Thursday was a holiday. Friday called they said the bank cancelled the loan. Called the bank they siad the car dealer cancelled loan. I was told I could try another bank for a different car but I declined and just asked for my deposit ($1000) bank they said it would take 2-3 business days. My daughter went to purchase a 2017 kia optima and was told the car price was 13000. Apon arrival she was told her credit was good but still needed a coowner for in house financing. They told her for the first 4 months she had to make a monthly payments of 476 and after it would decrease to 300 a month. I signed as a co owner on one set of forms only to see that I am the sole owner of the contract. My signature was forged and im responsible for a 32000 contract which includes a loan of 19000 a 12000+ finance fee and with a 18.99 %rate. We have visited the dealership for an ammendment and couldnt speak to the manager who is also the finance dept and who forged my signature on the documents. Have been calling and still unable to resolve the issue. She was not told the true amount of financing or rate before driving off the lot. It wasnt until i called the finance company, that i received the cintract and to see that she doesnt own the vehicle. I purchased a car, a QX 60 infinity 2018 on February 23, 2024. After paying the down payment I was told I cannot leave with the vehicle. They had to go to the service department and had to be cleaned so it would be ready for me Monday, February 27, 2024 at 10 AM. I came back to pick up the vehicle and the complaint that I made during the test drive was about a slight jerking and feeling like I was riding over rocks. I picked up on Monday. I noticed that the car was not cleaned and the mileage on the vehicle didn’t change much so therefore it could not have gone anywhere for service as I was service department was not on the lot. I was there for a few hours before actually leaving with the vehicle and I inquired about when I should bring it back to be cleaned unaware that it never made it to Service. I was told to bring it back over the weekend so I said I’ll try to come Friday morning, and I was asked To leave a review on ****** I left a very brief thank you note because I was a little upset by the not being cleaned as I had the vehicle for that first week the jerking I was feeling during the test drive was getting a little worse. I called and set appointment after appointment because every time I came there was a different reason why the car could not be seen. I spent about 34 weeks going to the dealership to get this car serviced and that goal was never accomplished till one day for an appointment, I sat for about an hour and some change before I was taking care of And they proceeded to tell me that my warranty has just started the day before and I can use the extended warranty to fix whatever issue may be wrong with the vehicle instead of waiting for them. Today is May 13, 2024, and I finally took my car to a certified location to have a diagnostics of the vehicle done they told me today that the car needs a transmission and because we’re going through the warranty it could take up to eight days to actually have my vehicle back. I have reached out to the AME dealership and I have not received a response I will be sending you the out of pocket receipt from the company I took the car to be fixed this car has cost me more then it’s worth and these people know they sold me a lemon .
