Aspen Dental is the absolute worst and should be put out of business. I went there in hopes of leaving happy, I had permanent crowns on my upper teeth because of an accident decades ago, but the posts had broken and crown teeth kept loosening, they took molds, they made the upper denture and pulled my upper teeth and sent me home, I realized the next day that the denture didn’t fit correctly, nor did the denture teeth look remotely like my teeth , they attempted to remake the denture several times and they never looked like my original teeth and finally I was told that in fact they had broken my original mold, so they were trying their best to make teeth/ dentures that would work. I let them try a couple more times, and then I was in tears because all they did was make it worse wash time. The doctor told me that they could try again or keep the misfit ones and they would refund half my money. I sat and thought and made the decision to leave and take the refund. They had me sign papers upon leaving their office about my refund and I have upper dentures that were made from someone else’s teeth mold that do not fit, they are crooked and slanted inward and don’t meet correctly with my bottom teeth making it impossible to wear them if I want to eat. I only wear them when I go out in public and do not smile , they only help to not let my face cave in when I’m public. Now they have new billing me and said that I owe them the money they refunded me because I didn’t retitle dentures to them. Upon leaving their office I was so upset when they explained the refund to me and had me sign papers regarding the refund I didn’t really pay attention to the fact that they had me sign papers stating I would return the denture and this is after the doctor told me I could keep the ones they did and get a half refund. Obviously communication fell through the cracks. An they expect me to pay them for a result /service I didn’t receive!!! Very sad and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I was charged $ 570 for a cleaning. I had Blue Cross insurance until I recently retired. Now I'm using Medicare for my health insurance, so I never paid much attention to how much I was being charged for services since most of it was paid by BC. After a little research I discovered $570 was far above the average fee. According to most sites I should have paid no more than $ 330. I would like to be reimbursed some amount of money or at the very least be given an explanation on why I was charged that amount.

    Thank you,

So i have spent over $10,000 dollars on teeth at this location and when i had an emergency which was as a direct result of the procedure i was not given immediate attention. I expressed how much pain i was in and was told "to bad, no appointments today" I piece of tooth of an extracted tooth was left in and has surfaced causing immense pain. So i am forced to search for a dentist who actually appreciates the pain people are in when a tooth emergency is happening. I am not asking for a heart transplant, just let me come in and extract what you left behind. So my experience wasn't bad up until i needed immediate care and i was denied a same day appointment.
