              Seven and a half weeks to fix a wall oven. Four different service techs. Seven site visits. The same part was installed three times and was wired incorrectly each time. $1,465 for four different parts, three of which I likely didn't need. On the advice of one of the techs I had a circuit breaker in my home tested. It was found to functioning properly. Cost to me was $150. This occurred beginning November 9th, 2023, and was finally repaired January 3rd, 2024. Two major holidays without an oven. No goodwill offer for a partial reimbursement. No apology for gross incompetence.
