    The public doesn’t realize how OTR ( over the road ) and local drivers are literally shaken down by DOT, They don’t abide by the normal rules of conduct, They keep you On the side of the road for hours and if your permits are good , your gear good? Their going to find something anyway , the tickets they write are in the thousands of dollars , in many states you have ten days to pay , as DOT knows , your not going to have time to get home hire an Attorney etc . The more you drive the more you’ll run into them . Sign says “ BYPASS WEIGH STATION” you drive by , Bam ! Surrounded by troopers Saying why did you go by ? Seriously. Dot still has the dreaded quotas Worse ? their very funding is paid for by *** ******** driver , donations by the big companies and ? Seminars , Ie Safety classes whee they charge you to listen to what you already know , or ? It’s bye bye dot number . Fighting these cases is complex and costly Hire a attorney, They tell you their gonna beat it , And what happens ? They negotiate, they take plea arrangements and Their scared to stand up to the shakedown crew. Not ********* This man didn’t settle ANYTHING He blew all 5 tickets out of the water ! Didn’t negotiate one thing Saving me thousands in fines Huge insurance increases And points on my license. David defended my rights and after so many times, using attorneys , and then I felt like, what did I pay for ? to settle or plea deal it ? This is who you need to use! I know I was fed up with hiring attorneys that settled I asked david please don’t give them a inch And he didn’t . Highly recommend Mr ********* for any traffic, tickers , and driving needs and his price was incredibly fair I have one complaint, He doesn’t have an office in all the states .. Yet . Bravo Zulu ***** ! A very satisfying win ! ******* ****** ********
