    I have too agree National motors is bye far, one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Purchased a used Land Rover, Range Rover August 3,2024, 35 days in to purchase needed a new battery , after 30 day warranty expired, now vehicle that has been driven locally about 9 times on weekends because I work out of town as a truck driver, long story short I put less than 75 miles on it since day one, odometer reads over 3500 miles added how is this possible when no one else had excess besides myself . However point is 90 days in I now need a new engine , and with good maintenance done. How is this possible you ask, well in the beginning I asked for a car fax report and it stated 2 previous owners and by the way I had to go out and get my own car fax report because just like when I asked for a inspection report they stated we will email it to you till this day still haven’t received one. 11/12/2024 I urge any one please if your considering purchasing a used vehicle do not attempt to purchase from National motors out of Ellicot city Maryland. Please head this warning reviews. Don’t lie

    Worst dealership a waste of time they will take all your information and never call you back and after 3 weeks I called manager David said he would call for the status of my loan application never called back a waste of time I hate my time being wasted that’s probably why the cars sit forever for this very reason I will definitely let others know who is looking for a car stay away from this one unprofessional and disrespectful period a shit show

    If i could give no stars i would. This place are so sleazy! We went out there to look at a red 2015 yukon denali xl. that we were going back and forth with about and they were saying about how nice it was. We got down there to the whole inside tore apart, didn't say anything about it and how the radio did not work, back seats were hanging off, and they promised how it'd be fixed and i wrote out a check entirely for it at 41k and they promised they would fix it and i traded a vehicle in on it too! For wks we had it and they got ahold of me how they had it lined up to be fixed and im from Pa. Went down there 4 times each time something else always happened and the 1 time had to get a rental vehicle for a couple wks. Then the last time went down they said how it'd be fixed which was another lie when i went down there!! This point in time tired of running down there so seen that they had another white 2015 Yukon denali on their site for 25k so i asked to trade for that to settle it which they agreed on! However when we did the trade in they traded at the same cost of the red yukon when they had the white one on their site at a much cheaper price and are refusing to reimburse me for what they overcharged!!!! I will NEVER do any kind of business with this sleazy pricks ever again! Trying to contact the salesman Brian that did the sale he just constantly avoids the problem that he created!!!! I saved everything that i seen regarding all of this problem and absolutely gonna show and tell my lawyer on all of this!!!!

    The manager at this Ellicott city location David I. is by far the rudest, most unprofessional person I have spoken to. His utter disregard & lack of compassion for customers, new or former , is beyond distasteful & I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from this company.

    Terrible experience. Transmission went up only having for 6 days. Toyota corralla 2015 only 77,456 miles on it. I ask for the inspection papers still didn't get it.

    I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to warn the public about National Motors and its owner, Brian. I bought a Lexus LS 500 from him, but he sold me a broken-down car. The exhaust system needed to be replaced, and the alignment was off. I took the car back to National Motors to have it fixed and left it there for a week. When I picked it up, the owner assured me that all the problems had been fixed. However, a week later, the engine light came on, and I took it back to National Motors. This time, the owner said he wasn't going to fix the issue and told me I could take him to court. I was left to fix all the issues with the car myself and out of my own pocket, despite having just paid $47k for the car. I had to replace the whole exhaust system, get a new alignment and new tires, and fix the fuel sensors. The owner is a scammer who sells unsafe cars to the public. Do not buy any cars from National Motors. I wish I could give them negative stars.

    I went to nation motors INC on May 25,2022 to buy car it was my first time buying car got a car Ford Edge 2017, after I finished signing everything got the car when I took it home on the way the engine check light came on called them spoke the salesman who sold the car for me his name is Diego he said he will call me back after talking to his manager he didn't I called the next day they keep saying we gonna call you back and no one calls back after going back and forth over the phone after 5 days later after buying the car they told me to bring it so that there mechanic to fix it I took it when I got there after driving 1 hour and half they said the mechanic is very busy and he will not see my car they told ne to bring it again the next day which I did sat there for 2 hours they came and said your car is fixed then after I took the car home the very next day the engine check shows again I called no one seems to help I keep calling calling they keep saying we will get back to you then after 3 weeks of not helping me they said I have to bring it in for the mechanic to see when I got there the other manger David said I have no a appointment then argument start coming I was saying to them after you guys told me to come after 3 weeks if not helping and after I drove 1hr to get to them they said they can't help me nothing on top of that they called police for me to leave they said I have to take it to ford dealership I took it and fire dealership told me the new car that I bought which I didn't even drove that much have engine issue plus transmission issue when I called the dealership and told them they are not even to trade in or exchange the car for me they are not even answering my phone calls.They know starting day 1 since I bought the car it have issues and in MD law if I buy a car if the car have issues within 30 days I can return the car or change they didn't even grant me that.please am asking BBB to resolve this issue for me.
