I was promised that by the end of a 6 month period if my accounts wasn’t settled I had the opportunity to get a refund or either a loan that would pay off the debt while still paying the $530.00 a month that I was paying them for at least 7 months I ask the agent can I get a refund and she told me no I paid at least $3,710.00 and none of the accounts ever changed they kept calling my phone asking for more money and threatening me with letters of enforcement all I wanted was my credit clear so I can provide for my family now I’m in a worse predicament with my checks being garnished and also out of 3,000 dollars please ???? do not go to these people for help!!!
