Purchased a mattress for ***** from mattress warehouse in Dec. of 2019. It was determined to be defective by a 3rd party and was replaced. This has occurred over and over and so that we are on our 6th mattress. The same has occurred again. All I want is a refund and not have to go through this again. They have denied me of he refund.Business response

The mattress set would be covered under manufacture warranty. The warranty card says if defective that they will replace the mattress set but that no refunds on warranty claim per manufacture warranty card. Also customer does not have open warranty claim with Mattress Warehouse
