  Last October I paid for a 2 year certification and only received a one year certification. Also, was charged twice two different amounts. $278.00 and then a few minutes later $248.00 I have tried since I realized all of this to no avail. I am completely ignored by this business. All I want is to settle this but I am aware of what I can legally do.

  I had a fantastic experience. Got my card with minimal fuss or issues. The state has had some hiccups but that's not Green Health's fault they helped navigate the state's website. I'm not sure why there's so much negativity but I have been with Green Health Docs since the program started in MS and it's been great!

  It was my first experience joining the program. I was able to have all of my question's answered and the representative I spoke with was very patient. The process was completed quick and seamlessly. I did have some trouble registering with the state and they were able to help me even with completing that step.

  I used this provider on 7/5/24. I was told I'd receive my certificate in 1 one week, but they didn't send it until 7/9/24. The doctor told me I could also print my certificate on security paper to get registered. That was in fact untrue. On 7/15/24 after still not receiving my certificate I asked for tracking and USPS had lost it in Maryland, so I contacted Green Health for a resolution and they wouldn't help. I let them know that the right thing to do is overnight me another copy. They wouldn't do it without an additional $30 charge. I paid it just to be told on 7/17 that they didn't overnight it, and sent it 3 day shipping. Also everytime I asked for a manager they would say one will call me back, and not once did they ever call. This company is incompetent and they need to ship with a different carrier.

  Good morning *****, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues our clients may have. However, after thoroughly reviewing the situation, we have found that some of the claims you mentioned are not accurate. Claim 1: Your certificate was issued on Saturday, 07/06/2024, at 10:28 AM EST, and an email was sent to you confirming this. However, USPS did not scan your item until the following Monday. Unfortunately, USPS closes early on Saturday and does not operate on Sunday. Claim 2: In that same email, you were informed that the certificate could not be printed from the email because it needed to be printed on special security paper. The email specifically states, "This recommendation will need to be printed on Security Paper; because of this, you will receive a copy by US Mail. Please be on the lookout for it." Claim 3: When you alerted our office that you had not yet received the certificate, we promptly sent a new one via Priority Mail. We explored overnight options for you; however, no company would guarantee overnight shipping from MD to WA. Claim 4: You were not charged an additional fee of $30. You only paid the appointment fee, in which you have since disputed. Claim 5: You communicated with a manager via email on multiple occasions. We always strive to provide excellent customer service. While we understand your frustration and the urgency of receiving your certification, there are some factors beyond our control. As soon as you informed us of the delay, we sent another certificate free of charge. I see it was delivered yesterday. We wish you all the best and are here to assist you with any further needs.

  I was diagnosed with ****** last year and was advised to get a prescription. I paid $199 but when I went to a local dispensary I was told I could've gotten a 2 year prescription for that price. I called back and was advised they would extend the prescription. Well one year later the prescription did expire. I have been calling for weeks and was told someone would call back in 24 to 48 hours but no one did. I called again and after 30 minutes I was finally told I was being transferred to a manager but it was voicemail. I left a message and still haven't heard back. Use at your own risk. Once they get your money, they no longer care.

  They suck,I'm still trying to figure out how to get my renewal card,the doctor thought this was my initial visit. That told me she didn't read anything,but the kickers is this, they took my money without making sure everything was straight

  Had an appointment and could not get approved because the state of Maryland said No . I called green health docs to ask why they charged me for the service they said it was complete and I was not getting my money back. I tried several times but was basically told to shut up and go away. Instead I decided to write a review about my experience. The manager named Jamie called me and asked if I would remove the bad review and if I agreed she would refund my $150 . I contacted my bank and told them about the charge and they credited me back the $150 . Today after a month of waiting for Green Health Docs my bank took the $150 out my account and told me the Manager refused to reverse the charge so they took the $150 back out of my account. I feel I was fraudulently taken advantage of by Jamie the manager. I hope this helps other people make a sound decision before trusting these people with not only your health but your trust they will do the right things. ****** *******

  Doctor did not Show Up at the appointed time and I never heard from them. They claim I canceled the appointment. I did not. In fact, I received a confirmation email the morning of the video appointment.

  We apologize that you were not approved. All patients will not be approved for medical marijuana. If you are on meds that can counter act with MMJ and put your life in danger, our medical professionals will not approve. You will be advised to get approval from your current PCP given they are who has prescribed the meds that will counteract or cause an adverse effect.. If your current PCP does not approve, we can approve. Again, we apologize but your overall health is our concern. Your refund has already been submitted.
