    I'm writing a brief summary of the events that are described below because I realize this is a long read, but I wanted to support my statements properly. In sum, I bought a car from here and the following day I found coolant issues. I found there to be a coolant leak and, though the shop reimbursed me after getting it repaired by a mechanic of my choosing, they still refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong. They were unable to diagnose the issue because of incompetence in their mechanical department (see below). Then, they didn't give me a refund after I returned the car and then they claimed ownership of the car after having returned the plates because no title paperwork was filed. They made me sign a release to ‘borrow’ the car I just spent $15,000+ on, which was now in their bank account as well. It felt like I got robbed for my car and my money simultaneously. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I waited about a month to post this review because I wanted to ensure the refund check cleared and this statement was peer-reviewed several times by various different peers.

    Terrible service with the service area Never available Leave several voice mails no one ever responds You need a service for your car that has warranty with for and they leave you months out?? Like how can this be possible?
