Last date: 8.9.2022. Work began in first of June. Paid $100 deductible. Company visited 3 times to repair 2 electrical outlets. First 2 visits they did nothing and were in home for about 5 minutes. Third visit resulted in repair action. One outlet that was repaired is malfunctioning and tripping the breakers when used. Contacted company and set appt for 8.9 between 8 and 12. No show and no call. When I called they said oh, I didnt put you on the schedule. I would like to have the work I paid for completed properly.Business response

Good Afternoon,
We apologize for not responding to this complaint. We do admit our scheduling department made a mistake twice in scheduling this customer. Unfortunately, the work that was done, was done through the Homeowners Warranty Company. The work required to make the repairs are not covered by the policy the homeowner has. We tried replacing the outlet to see if that was the issue but it was not. We urge the homeowner to call in a recall with their warranty company or to discuss this matter further with their Warranty Company.

I am rejecting this response because: this company regardless of working for a warranty company breached our contract to repair. Standing people up is not a scheduling issue. The work that was done was subpar and actually shorted out other outlets in the house. I find the lack of professionalism of management coupled with the lack of electrical repair skills is appalling. I would NEVER use or recommend this company and definitely do NOT want them in my home ever again. I will make this known to the warranty company and cancel with them as well. Thanks for the assistance.
