    Dennison Landscaping is contracted by my HOA to do the landscaping of my new home. For a year since the house was built the grading of the yard is inadequate. The grades go to the back of the house, not the street. We were shown plats that detailed how water would be directed away from the house and to the street. That information is completely false. From the backyard, the grades rise slightly between the our house and the neighboring homes in each side, resulting in perpetually ponded water, wetness and mud. This represent a health issue since mosquitos, etc. breed all around the house. I cannot walk on ANY grass area around my house without getting wet feet and the sump pump turns on more than it should even on sunny days. The dog has wet paws EVERY time she goes out. It is also not acceptable that we were scheduled for 5/12/2023 and waited all day, they did not show up and after a year we still don't know when this is going to be repaired. A Dennison representative (*******) showed up today (06/06/2023) to address the issue with our neighbor who has the same problem. I spoke with him and he said he would come back to speak with me in a couple of minutes after he is would be done with the neighbor but he just left and never came by.

    Dennison has sent surveyors to assess the issue. I have been told that the grading will be fixed in the fall when the irrigation systems are turned off and mowing stops.  Hopefully this time they will keep their word.

    We contracted with Denison Landscaping to design and plant bushes and trees at our new home in September, 2021. The work was completed in October 2021. Our contract includes a one year warranty for the replacement of any plants that do not survive within the first year after planting. We have two plants that did not survive. I called Denison Landscaping on August 24 and was told that Denison no longer does residential landscaping. I said we have a warranty that Denison should honor regardless. The person sent my call to someone named Cary or possibly Carly. I left a message and have never gotten a return call. One week later, on August 30, I called again. I was again told, this time by a different person, that Denison no longer does residential landscaping. I again explained that Denison needs to honor their warranty and was this time transferred to the voice mail of someone named Tom. Tom, one week later, has also not returned my call. It is apparent that Denison is attempting to renege on their one year planting warranty because they no longer have a residential landscaping division. The warranty needs to be honored.
