My wife and I had 15 windows replaced on a very old home recently. More need to be replaced in the future. We will definitely have Window Nation do the job because we are completely satisfied with the whole process and how beautiful the windows look! The whole team, especially Ryan and Rudy, the window installers, was fantastic! My wife and I give Window Nation 5 stars out of 5 on our review rating! Sincerely, **** ***Review from Calandra S

I have had my windows for only one year now and I’ve had problems with the interlock part of my patio door three times already falling off. The third time the service department sent a repair technician who promised and declared I will never have this problem with the same piece falling off three times. This will be the fourth time and I’ve complained to the company over a month ago and they have not followed up about this very same piece falling off. When I spoke to a young lady she told me she was going to enter in the system for the entire door to be replaced because it makes no sense for me to be paying over 12k and having issues like this. I’ve even complained through the financing company and they escalated it to Window Nation and still nothing has been done. No service appointment has been set, no follow up call that the door has been ordered, no nothing. Everything is still under warranty! This company cares nothing because nothing has been done. So I’m reaching for help through other means.Review from April W

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is so deceptive. They lied to us from the sales pitch, to the botched install, the warranty, financing, all the way to trying to reach a resolution. They do not value their customers and when you try to voice your opinion and get a manager to reach out to you, they block you from their Social Media. I have since read so many bad reviews about this company and just wish I had read them before we signed a contract. However, since Window Nation did not do what was listed in the contract, I am pretty sure we can not be held to it. I post this review as a warning to others looking for replacement windows... do NOT use Window Nation! If you value your free time and your sanity, just don't. If you expect a company to deliver what you pay for, this is not the company for you.Window Nation, LLC Response

Window Nation apologizes for any issues that arose during the installation of our customer windows and any miscommunication. Window Nation did have a sales manager speak with our customer on May 29, 2024, to address their concerns. Window Nation has tried to schedule a service to go out and address any issues that they have, but unfortunately, the customer has canceled multiple service dates. Window Nation is prepared to address any issues that the customer has and continue to follow up to make sure that their needs are met.Customer Response

One again, your information is false. I have cancelled ONE service date because we had a family emergency. Mike asked me to reach back out when we were available. We have not had availability since 6/05 when the THIRD service was scheduled.Review from C. G.

I had Window Nation come to my house this morning for an estimate and I was informed that they will not give me an estimate if all residents of the house are not present. They first asked that all homeowners and/or spouses be present. When I told them I was the sole owner and I am not married, they would not give me an estimate. This company has decided to play god and discriminate against people over a window! I will take my business elsewhere and consider suing them.Window Nation, LLC Response

Window Nation apologizes for any confusion that may have occurred during this appointment when doing our presentation we need to have both homeowners present and when we arrived she was not available but then there was more miscommunication if that was the spouse or not. Received verbal quote from Chris, but did not get written quote. I call him back to start the windows installation process. I have not received any word back from him or from Windows Nation after calling them to start the installation process. I'm not sure why it's so hard for them to contact customers. I've decided to go with another vendor due to the lack of communications.Window Nation, LLC Response

This was my second installation of windows from Window Nation. I was very pleased with the product and service until I was charged a $108 convenience fee to pay by credit card. I think this is excessive. When I asked to have the fee removed, I was told that it was impossible. I am very disappointed with that response after having spent $22,000. I'm sure they could have figured a way to get the fee removed. I had every intention of purchasing more windows and a door in the near future, as well as referring my neighbor to the company. It is unfortunate that this business does not recognize the future value added when a good customer requests a minor concession. Perhaps when they consider that I probably would have spent another $12,000.00 at minimum, finding a way to waive the $108 convenience fee wouldn't seem so impossible.Window Nation, LLC Response
