    I think they are a fraud. Their business should be shut down. They are taking peoples money. Now neither of their phone numbers work. My items did not fit. I paid to ship them back & have been calling and emailing for over 6 mos. God does not like ugly.

    A friend of mine did an online purchase and received her order with no problem. I made an online purchase due to her experience and received nothing. I paid the 3-5 day shipping because of the urgency, emailed and used the online customer support chat and got nowhere. Its horrible that business do this.

    i have made a purchase in december 2024 for a dress that cost $291 and have yet to receive any email that my dress was shipped no communication i tried calling several times i tried email several calls i tried several messages on instagram no response and im not the only one that has gave this problem do not shop with this boutique they are very dishonest

    This company never sent me my dress but charged my card $145. The arrival date keep extending from week to week. Very mad and dissapointed!

    I ordered a in stock dress that I have yet to receive on September 26 I paid for 3-5 shipping to ensure that I had the dress in time for my birthday dinner which passed on Sunday. They dont answer emails or their phone at all. I only received a response via their social media messages only because I commented on their page under a picture for everyone to see only to be asked when was my birthday and that a manager will reach back out to me in ***** smh ask me have someone contacted me. Heck no I have asked for a refund and have yet to receive one . They dont follow not one of their own policies thats listed on their website. I havent even received a tracking number for shipping. I mean I expect to receive an item in a timely manner especially if I paid extra for shipping to ensure that my item is here on time. LADIES DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! Theyre BOGUS

    I placed an order with this boutique and it took forever to come so I told them I wanted a refund. First of all, it took a while before I could get a response back from them. They did give me a refund but it wasnt for the full amount that I was owed. They sent an email stating that they were refunding $83.92, but I only received $62.94. When I informed them about what I received, theyre trying to tell me that I was refunded the total amount. I told them that I wasnt going to go back and forth with them over this because they know theyve cheated me, and have to live with it.BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS BOUTIQUE!!!

    I wish I had looked theirb reviews up before I purchased anything from them .I purchased a dress from in blue. They sent a pink I sent the dress back 2 days later it show and the tracking that the dress was delivered. I still haven't received an refund or my dress back. I've been calling and emailing them no reply. I got to through to them on Instagram Dm they read the message and didn't replied back to.

    I really want to give this store a zero rating because that's exactly what they deserve. I ordered $600 worth of merchandise and was told 2 items worth $140 were back ordered. I totally understood that even though their website showed that these items were in stock I was willing to overlook thst. They then gave me 3 options to wait on the restock, to get a store credit or a full Refund. I opted for my refund because they were taking time to even communicate why I hadn't received my items. Anyway it's been over 6weeks and I am getting the run around for my money. I have written numerous emails and its always "your refund is being processed ". I even spoke to some guy named Bill who said he was a co owner and still he just promised to send my refund and nothing came through. I still haven't received my money and now they don't pick up their calls. This is the worst service ever and I just wanted to let everyone know to deal with this store at your own risk.?

    I’d leave way more stars if I could. This store seems to be on the right track as a black owned business. The customer service is superb and I have no issues with my purchases. They were true to size and the fabric quality was top notch. I like my clothes neatly fitted, so I ordered one of the bandage dresses. It hugged my body in all the right places. I’m definitely ordering more ?
