    I placed an online order at Nalu Boutique on 10/21/23. The order was never shipped out. I emailed the complaint several times, 11 times to be exact, and I only received one response on 11/20/23 that stated that they will need to ask the manager if I can be issued a refund. I’ve reached out numerous of times after this but no response? No refund! They scammed me!

    I ordered a bunch of outfits from Nalu boutique. I was missing one outfit. I received the items on 04-17-23 and I contacted them on 04-18-23. The items arrived in a box with a bunch of stuff that I did not order. It seems they were for some event. I contacted the boutique for almost a month with no response to my inquiry. On occasion a guy named ***** would respond and state that someone will get back to me. I have attached my email with the evidence. Someone finally got back to me with no investigation done but the response stating that they do not send items in a box. The items arrived in a box, missing one outfit. The box included items I did not order, and I sent pictures. I do not have to explain myself any further I would like my money back. If they initially shipped the items in a different package that is not my problem. I received a box missing my outfit. I deserve to be made whole. From my understanding they are liable until the item is delivered. The item arrived in a different package from the original package, so they need to refund my money. I believe they should round up the money to $70. To make me whole

    They are one of the worst online business . I ordered 2 items last months haven't received them yet. When I called several time, the guy ( owner) Keep on saying he is not at the shop yet. I mean every time I called the answer is the same." I am on traffic I will call you back". Very disappointed after being a royal customer to them for 2 yrs now. Unbelievable. I mean his answer when you call is the same. I am not at the shop right now. Like seriously?

    I ordered a dress on April 9 for overnight shipping because I was going out of town on the 14th of April. I emailed Nalu boutique on the 13th inquiring as to where my dress was. They told me it had been shipped and offered a coupon. The dress did not arrive until April 15. It did not arrive on time because they failed to ship it overnight priority. I was not able to pick up the dress until April 20 because again I was out of town. When I received the dress the zipper was broken and I immediately emailed them again with a photo and received no response this time. Its been well over a month of no response and a read ** dm. I would like a refund.
