      On 8/12/2020 I paid Accolade Moving Co. $7875.00 by cashiers check plus $350 cash tip to the movers. Long story short, many of my items were damaged or lost during the move including damage to my home upon delivery. I followed all the proper channels filing a claim with *******. The damages claim came out to over $600 with no extra protection purchased. Finally we settled on a damages payment of $239.00 which I agreed to simply for the closure of the matter. I have spent countless hours and I would dare to say over 30 phone calls to Accolade, also operating under the company name Witty Movers, who continued to give me the run around. Finally, yesterday I was told that they would not be paying me and the management refused to speak to me because they were the owner and they simply didn't want to talk to me and that life was unfair. Attached is the form from ******* confirming the agreed upon settlement amount that they refuse to pay.
