    Scam, this is not a real company all the reviews say they scam their 1099 independent contractor who are misclassified and should be paid as W2 employees so they can string along employees and never pay while not paying taxes. You can't pay employees at 40 hours a week and require them to be in the office at a set time Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and classify them as 1099 independent contractors. They are illegally misclassifying employees to jump around paying employment tax. Also none of their emails to corporate or any area manAger on their website works. they all get returned as undeliverable. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

    SCAM!!! Asked for paystubs. After 3 months I got three pay statements (check receipts) back. That was November 2022 and as of writing this I am still waiting. Beyond a scam I wish I could rate zero

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against PEOPLE STAFF TECHNOLOGIES LLC for their refusal to pay me for services rendered. I worked for this company for two days, but despite my efforts to receive payment, I have been met with unhelpful responses and rude behavior from an employee named Monica. It is my belief that this company is operating fraudulently and I am taking steps to report them to the State of Attorneys office for employment fraud. In addition to the issues with payment, I am also concerned that PEOPLE STAFF TECHNOLOGIES LLC is not in compliance with Maryland and Florida employment laws that protect workers' compensation. As an employee, I have the right to receive fair compensation for my work, and the company's refusal to pay me is a clear violation of my rights. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, the company has insisted that I speak with the contractor, even though they did not assign me to the job. I have provided proof of my work for the company, yet they continue to refuse to pay me. This is completely unacceptable and I am now forced to pursue legal action to receive the compensation I am owed. I want to warn others about the unethical practices of PEOPLE STAFF TECHNOLOGIES LLC and strongly advise against working for this company. It is my hope that the appropriate authorities will investigate this matter and take action to ensure that this company is held accountable for their actions. 0 out 0 DO NOT Recommend!!!!

    I worked for them for a week and when it was time to be paid I was laughed at over the phone and told to come to Chicago as if not being paid for work that was done is legal. BEWARE, they are a scam!

    Suing them for $500 currently. They didn’t give me my last pay check. And also paid me in Zelle to avoid paying state taxes. Can’t wait for them to get audited.

    I have worked for this company and they did not pay. unfortunately, I called the recruiter, Monika W*****. she said, she did not get paid too.
