      03/01/23 My name is *******************. I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor service provided by this company in especially *******************************, was the lady that i spoke to on 03/01/23 at around 3pm. I called in regarding a confusing about me ******************* (not their client) and ***************************** (current client) when trying to explain that they have the both of us mixed up, ******************** continued to yell and wouldn't let me talk and explain. Calling me names that I was a liar trying to pertain my persona as someone else. When I clearly called to get the confusing cleared. ********************, continued to yell over the conversation and wouldn't let me talk. This is not a way that an attorney office should handle clientele. Representing or not. Customer service is key to any business and this business here just doesn't have it. I was very disappointed with how she spoke to me and the way she was out of line calling me names. She was very rude. I am the most annoyed that I called with all good intentions to get this mixed up cleared and instead got treated in a very poor unprofessional way. My impression with this Law firm has been tarnished and now I am concerned how my existing current family members is being managed by your firm.
