If there was a way I could give them zero stars I would. I was quoted a price verbally and then sent an invoice with a price more than three times less than the correct price. I did not find out the correct price until I was sent an invoice from my insurance company. And of course I didnt get the correct price from my insurance company until after I had purchased and received my supplies. It was too late to send them back. I contacted my insurance company, who assured me they (the insurance company) had quoted the correct price. I then contacted Roberts who then explained the verbal and email price I was quoted was only an estimate. That had never been explained to me up to that point (when it was too late). I went ahead and did the right thing and paid the bill in full. Then to top it off I was sent another invoice the day after I paid the bill telling me they were going to charge my credit card on a particular date. 1. They mislead me by giving me a much lower quote to get me to make the purchase ( which I did).2. They never gave me information (until after the purchase) that would have helped me make a better decision. 3. They continued to say they were charging me after I had paid the bill. 4. It took my insurance company 2 hours to file a complaint because they were getting the run around themselves from people in the phone who couldnt seem to help or figure out what happened . Yes, I was in chat mode the whole 2 hrs.Purchasing supplies from Roberts home medical was a huge mistake. They are not an ethical company.
