    This company put a collection on my credit report for $187. The account is not mine and from my understanding it is 8 years old. They will not contact me and hang up on me when I call their number to get this resolved.

    I have been charged for medical bills that got sent to a collection agency within the last year. My credit report has duplicate amounts by the same company totaling up to thousands of dollars within a year. I believe that these charges are fraudulent and they are destroying my credit.

    This company is contracted with ******** Hospital to provide ER providers. I was seen 9/12/2021, finally got a bill 1/31/22 about this. At first they HAD been sending me form 500 health insurance claim forms prior twice. I live in this town. I have been to this hospital prior and my insurance has not changed, however was provided and verified at that ER visit. Their billing is awful, with multiple addresses. VA Emergency Med kept saying my insurance required updating, wrong address, etc. Excuse after excuse for the past year. A review of my **** online acct shows this company has billed my insurance 4 times for same provider, same DOS visit and was already paid $724.45. I have also sent letters to GEHA, this company and the hospital administration as I continue to receive a bill, even a new one today, for $947.00 from VIRGINIA EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES. This incorrect bill continues to incorrectly state that I do not have insurance and am given a "uninsured discount". In Sept/Oct 2022, I contacted the company again and faxed over the letter from **** dated 5/10/22 and was reassured this matter was resolved and I would be receiving a corrected bill for my "member responsibility amount". Needless to say, this still has not happened. I recently needed to visit the ER again last week and I easily chose Novant in Haymarket. I have already rec'd my EOB, which is actually correct!

    I am being scammed by this company. They are claiming I owe them $1467 and i have never been to that facility. they want my health insurance information. I looked at their reviews and they have all complaints saying they are a scam.

    Just want to let you know after further investigation i know who these people are.  I was at Alexandria hospital emergency department.  When they sent the email to me they did not let me know that it was from the Alexandria hospital.  They did not identify themselves.  They just said i owed money.  After i told them i did not go to their hospital which shows up in ******** they sent me a text the following week letting me know the doctor i saw was from their office.  They wanted my insurance info which im not giving online to someone i dont know!  They need to handle this better and identify who they are affiliated with and not just ask for my insurance information.

    This company has made a fraudulent charge and sent it to my credit report. I have never used this company and somehow have a bill on my report. It seems from reviews that it has happened to several people as well.
