    My friend and I went there and pick up two items ( one durian fruit and small bag of rice) , and we paid by cash $19.01 around 6:30pm 11/21/22. When I opened the durian fruit at home (8:15pm 11/21/22) and I found out the fruit was rotten, so I went to the store for return. Unfortunately, I don’t have the receipt with me since my friend paid for it. So I talked to the lady who worked there, and told her I just purchased this durian and it went bad, however I don’t have the receipt. If someone can weighs the fruit, then you will know how much it cost. The lady was yelling at me just told me “ no , you can not return without a receipt, it doesn’t matter what you bought is good or bad”. I said i know the price, time and cashier machine I purchased, if you can check the cashier, the system will tell you. The lady didn’t wanna make any efforts, she was keeping yelling at me in a rude manner with a negative answer. I gave up and told her I don’t want to argue. I can’t believe this is how they serve the loyal customers.
