    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Safford Brown Honda at Glen Burnie. I initially called them regarding a New Honda Pilot Elite and agreed on an out-the-door price of $52,136.29. I was assured by Sales Representative Guzman and Sales Manager LaMont ******** that the car would arrive by June 16. However, when I called back on June 20, I was told that no such person named Guzman worked there, which I later found out was a lie after another call confirmed his employment. To make matters worse, they claimed their system was down and could no longer honor the agreed-upon price. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and advise others to be cautious if considering this dealership.
