            we purchased our home in Dec. 2016 the laminated hardwood floors started peeling the sheen off the top layer after about 1yr. contacted the installer who then contacted the warranty rep. for JJ Haines Co. he has been ever since putting us off with promises to have it repaired just one excuse after another. I have gone from J.P. O'Conner the warranty rep. to his boss Kevin Wilhoit who in turned saw the pictures of the flooring and then sent the issues back to J.P. O'Conner. All we want it the floors be repaired at this stage 6yrs later the flooring probably will not even match the rest of the floors. The only other person that I know to contact is Brain Green who is over Kevin Wilhoit and J.P. O'Conner. I tried the locations in Greensboro N.C. to fill a complaint, but they don't show on the BBB only the Goldsboro N.C. location that's not BBB accredited. .
