    Their name is Residential Builders, but actually they are also commercial builders of the highest caliber. Our first project with their team entailed building a brand new assisted living home. Including commercial kitchens, resident rooms (both private and shared), nurses room, activity rooms, therapy room, etc. The result of their work is an elegant, well designed facility, where residents are able to receive quality and compassionate care 24/7. Several years later we wanted to create a medical adult day care center. Once again we looked to Residential Builders to get their input. The result was their transforming an empty concrete basement into a stunning medical adult day care center. Before the project started, it was an empty shell. It is now a state-of-the-art medical center including common areas, nursing suite, conference room, library, staff lounge, etc. Meeting all ADA and COMAR regulations for a licensed medical adult day care center. I would like to add one final comment. It is so important to work with people who are honest, fair, with the highest levels of Integrity. Residential Builders went above and beyond in so many areas while displaying these qualities. I implore you- Please ask the Residential Builders team to provide you with with my number.
