Terrible. Jessica ward does not care about no patients.my wife has scleroderma and has ulcers on her hands leg and her mouth. We have been trying to get my wife's medicine called over because she needed a replacement because hers have been out nationwide.we told her this before Thanksgiving.never hear a word back from her.she never answers our calls.so today she was supposed to call over the medicine they said it was sent over.i waited over a hr she didn't even make the call like she could care less about my wife's ulcers and pain.so I was telling g the receptionist they need to Learn how to do their job.she got mad and started getting smart so I got smart and I cursed a little.well she finally called it in I said you could've done that 8 days ago.after I calmed down I apologized for losing my cool to the receptionist and she accepted then I went to apologize to Jessica even though I shouldn't of.she said no I ain't accepting your apology and said I was just trying to get a hug.whe I said I'm filing a complaint on her she said I don't care go ahead they ain't going to do nothing.when I told her that the pharmacy had the alternative meds in 5mg but they was out of 15mg.you know she went and called in the 15mg knowing they was out.so I talked to the pharmacist and my insurance company and they suppos to be getting her the 15mg tomorrow.both of our apps are Dec 1st with her.so she has the receptionist call me and say I'm discharged for aggressive behavior but she can sit there and talk to me anyway she pleases and it's ok.stay away from this place they don't even have enough decency to call you when you leave messages.this place is poorly ran.and they are all friends.she looks at us like we are drug addicts when we walk in.i don't even get the right mg I should.i told her hundreds of times about my sciatic nerve and all the pain I'm in I asked her to up me a little and she told me flat out no.and she ever has o ce returned me or my wife's phone call.

Don't try to get a second opinion. Don't try to get help from this company because all you will get is a bunch of BS. They dropped me from their program because I went to another doctor for pain management relief. The doctor that was working with me could no longer help me. So I went for a second opinion and to perhaps get a pain stimulator to help with the pain. When I told the Dr. S I was going to see Dr. S, I was informed that if I see him, I will be removed from the practice. They also removed one of my medications because they claim I had no medication in my system. The bottle says "as needed" for pain, but they expect you to take it on a regularly scheduled time. And god forbid you don't take your medication for a day or two before a urine screen they will also drop you from the program. I was told that I should have taken my medication several days before going in for my urine screen even if I did not need the medication. What a nice nurse, very helpful! You could have just removed that medication, and everything would have been fine. But they did not do that. I suspect Dr. S does not like the other Dr. S and therefore this is my punishment.

This is just a narcotic shop with no regards for patient care. I see that their other complaints all around the web about their services. I don't want a resolution other then an apology from NSPC. I had to seek a lawyer to help me with the medical malpractice claim and for dropping me from the practice without merit. There are also other issues, but this is what really discouraged me. An apology will make this go away...

They are a scam outfit. First off, the appointment I went to was a negative experience. I was treated like a drug addict even though I didn't ask for or receive a script, and specifically said "I want injections so I won't need to take medicine." They drug tested me without telling me after this appointment. I went to a real doctor and he told me lidocaine shots do nothing. During my appointment at National Spine their supposed doctor wanted me to have lidocaine shots 2 times before they would use steroids, and in between shots have another appointment just to see him? The out take receptionist overcharged me for the copay. 3 months later and I'm still trying to get my money back. Avoid using this corporate money-making scam outfit.
