      Terrible business practices. Very dishonest service department. Took a vehicle purchased from them in for service for suspected transmission issues after they had rebuilt the transmission under warranty 20000 miles prior. After 2 days I get a call that they can't service the transmission until they fix the engine to the tune of $9200. Then they offered to buy the car back for half of what it's worth. I told them to take a hike and had it towed to a reputable shop where they actually did some diagnostic work and determined the engine is perfectly healthy. All I want is my $185 "diagnostic " fee back from these crooks.

      Salesman was new but did his job well. Finance and contract department not so much. Told me the truck was one price but then added other fees after the fact and didn't explain anything to me. Contract guy just asked for my electronic signature and out it on the contract without giving me a chance to read it.

      bought a vechile through bob bell nissan , was very excited. recieved my registration and tags . unaware that they place the wrong tag on my vechile .they placed a tag belonging to a chevy malbu and the person with the malibu had my tag. long story short , i wasn't aware until i got pulled over by a police , my car was almost towed bevause i was driving on tag that was suspended without my knowledge. Miss fran did corrected it but i went to court and was placed on pbj and found guilty for something that wasn't my fault . the person who works in the front area , needs to be more aware when giving someone their tags ! very upset customer

      I bought a 20k used truck (125k miles) on Monday. On Tuesday I noticed the back up camera was really blurry so I called the sales guy. He said bring it in to service and let them know. I made an appt for Thursday and left it there. Service calls me and says managers looked at it but it wasn’t a Maryland inspection item so they weren’t going to cover it. If I would have seen that before I wouldn’t have taken it off the lot until it was fixed. So I call sales and was told the manager Jason was busy. He never called me back. I called back today and Jason proceeds to tell me it’s a truck with 125k miles, the camera works it’s just ‘a little blurry’ and they weren’t covering it. I said I spent 20 thousand on the truck and it’s a big deal to me. He said he would then cover half the cost. Half or nothing. I had the truck less than a day, noticed an issue and had to call twice, treated like a peasant because it’s a truck with 125k miles on it, then I get half covered. I shouldnt have to do all that. I get it if weeks go by but it was a day!!!! Plus the sales guy Kyle said he’d look into it and he didn’t. I explained you know how happy I’d be with you guys if you said no problem we got it. I would be giving a great review. Instead I have to do this. They did end up covering for half but that would not have happened at all unless I called to complain scratch and crawl for it. We are talking about a couple hundred dollars. Is that worth it to a big time car dealer like Bob bell? And I shouldnt expect things to work right on a 125k mile truck that was 20k? Come on. My 2014 sonata STILL has a working clear camera on it. So please used caution when buying a used car from them. Try everything you can before you buy it. It’s easy to stand behind your product. All they had to do from the jump is reach out and offer assistance. I did have an excellent time with Tina in service though. Good ppl exist. I can’t believe I had to dump more $ into a truck the first week

      They sold me a car knowing of a problem with the oil light coming on then don't want to fix it. I'm 2 hours away and they want me to travel back there but told me they won't pay for it because its not part of the warranty which would only cover what Maryland state inspection covers. I was never explained the warranty process at all. This was only a week after I purchased the car. Very poor customer service and management. I do not recommend this place.

      I had a state inspection done their in December 2023. I was given a 5800.00 bill for the car to pass inspection. 180.00x18hrs labor. It did not add up. I had another place look at it. They agreed with what the car needed to pass inspection but only would charge for a few hours work. Bob Bell is a rip off.

      I bought a used car from bob bell a few weeks ago and had issues with the fuel gauge from the moment I left the parking lot. I called my salesman and reported the issue the same night. After finally having a day off to bring it in for service they said they wouldn’t cover the repair. After waiting for several hours for the manager Jason to return my call he stated that he didn’t know anything about my issue until now and that the repair was my problem. He told me he was trying to not be irate with me even though I was having a civil conversation with him. He then decided to hang up on me. Between my family and business we have purchased 7 vehicles from this company in the last 3 years alone. I could not be more disappointed in this dealership in the way this was handled and the lack of professionalism from the sales manager Jason. I will never do business with them going forward. If you are looking for a used car buyer beware…

      I had new tires put on the front of my Kia Forte. Today my ex husband was putting new brakes on. He found that the service man put lock tight on the wheel nuts causing them to break off. Therefore, I had to buy new wheel studs. If my car would have had a flat on the highway, my car would have had to been towed. I took a picture and am going there tomorrow 9/22/23

      They sold me a car. I came back within 3 days told them I was uncomfortable and I didn't feel safe driving it. I either wanted my trade back or to put me in something different. They told me i couldn't do that. I went back a couple of days later cause they stopped taking my calls and spoke to the GM Paula and she was suppose to try to fix the situation and give me my trade back. I went to meet with her Monday and she didn't have an answer and told me to call her. I called and left a message and have not heard from her. So they have my trade and the car they"sold" me and I didn't get anything back not even my deposit. Not sure what all to do at this moment. I had to go to a different dealership just so I could get a vehicle.

      Bought my Nissan here serviced everytime here since 2013. Left my key with the dealer for service. Came back and found out windshield is cracked when they returned my key. Talked with them and the manager at service. They deny fixing the cracked. I didn’t want to interrupt their business and kindly asked again and again because it wasn’t cracked until I gave my key in their possession. They denied my kind request. I’m very unhappy how they are dealing with me about their fault. Still waiting the managers call as he said he will call me after reviewing footage on the camera.
