    On August 10 2022 I went into the Greenway beauty to purchase a hair product. When I got the product home to use it, the hair product which was a 4 by 4 lace frontal obtained a plastic adhesive that did not allow it to stick. I took the product back to the store and dealt with the manager who then said they had a no money back policy but I could get a store credit. I didn't want the store credit but that was my only option too not be stuck with the product I purchased.However I have visited this store three times in the last 4 months to get another 4 by 4 lace frontal with my store credit and they still only have the same product. I have indicated to the manager that I only came to her store for that purpose and there is nothing else I want to purchase from there. I have even asked since it's been 4 months and she isn't even trying to order a different product can I just get my money back? The she starts to act like she doesn't understand what I'm asking. I feel at this point I should be entitled to my money back since I have been waiting patiently for 4 months. Please help
