    This is the worst company. Yes they take your money, many times instantly turning around a background check. However, they are NOT accurate. Also, if someone does have a bad background, the background just sits in limbo for weeks and they never return anything. Worst company to do background for pre-employment. Scam, do not use.

    I bought national Background Check on April 29, 1967 for 19.95 and those reports haven't been given to me as of today. I got the reports from another source for 16.95 today paid it today received them today. While waiting on sentry link to provide those reports I requested to receive my funds back. It was told to me that since I had already paid I wasn't entitled to any refund. That's not how you treat a customer who spent money with your business and do did not provide ant service for the money that was paid. It is a deceptive practice that is prohibited by the law.

    Never again! I ordered four background checks, two came immediately. I've been waiting a week and still don't have the other two reports. I called to ask how much time this might take because I need to hire someone immediately. They absolutely refused to tell me how much time it can take. They did tell me that they would not refund the money I burned by using them. I am in big trouble because of this needless delay. I went to another company and received the remaining background checks immediately. I will never use Sentrylink again!
