On Sunday morning I woke up and my car was gone. Greenmount Tolling removed my car without a good cause. I am Alexus ******* mom. She has called several times about parking passes *** me just for someone to say to her there isn't any more and that a silver Honda Accord is intently taking up parking spaces. I happen to know one of your groundworks who I spoke with about this young lady who live right in the same building that has a parking permit. Alexus has reported this to your offices several time. I came to Baltimore to help my daughter with my new granddaughter even was planning rent at here at Clarke to stay close to help her here, however when someone busted her car window there were no camera on to witness how or who. This same tolling company was targeting anyone that came to visit Alexus .MY daughter stated she has shared these problems over several time. MY car a 2018 mustang was tolled on the toll guys picture which was just one. Now if he had taken the picture from all around the car, he would has seen why it was parked on the line; however, it was in the visits parking space. The damage silver Honda Accord that had a parking permit to park anywhere on the property as reported to you ground workers who see that silver Honda Park there all the time. the reason I wasn't parked properly so when he took them pictures it was up on the car where you could just see some of the silver which wasn't a good picture where you could see the way that all the cars were parked. NOT to mention she has a permit to park any were. I need you help to fix this issue because i should not have to pay anything out of my pocket because of someone who have a parking permit to park any were why continuing to take visitor parking. It was unjust unfair to Alexus ****** that she begins a target of any kind. PLEASE TELL THEM TOLL COMPANY TO RELEASE MY CAR WITH KNOW COST. I have already filed a complaint on this company do disrespect from this guy when I came to his offices. He was very disrespectful.

Business Response /* (1000, 18, 2022/10/04) */ Ref: Complaint Case # XXXXXXXX - ******** ******** To: Mr./Ms. Serigne Fall This email is in response to the above mentioned case number. Regarding the towing of the red Mustang on 8/21/2022, the attached photos clearly show that the car is illegally parked on the lines impeding access to the sidewalk which was the reason that the car was towed. During the months June, July and the first two weeks of August, the property was undergoing major construction of the parking lots therefore, we were not issuing any visitor passes. We wanted to make sure that as many of our residents as possible would be able to park on the property because parking was limited during this time and there is no street parking available. Management is/was not aware of a damaged Silver Honda Accord that continuously parks in the designated visitor parking spots. If we had known, it would have been handled accordingly. In no way does Clarke Manor Apartments or it's affiliates signal out anyone on the property whether it be a resident or a visitor. We have a open door policy at Clarke Manor Apartments and if there is ever an issue we ask that you please report it as soon as possible. Also, we do have a resident service line available if the resident feels like the leasing office is not taking care of their issue to their satisfaction. Kind regards, Patricia ****** Community Manager Clarke Manor Apts. Consumer Response /* (3000, 20, 2022/10/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Due to my daughter asking for a parking permit just to be told there wasn't anymore; nevertheless I NEVER receive any refunds from anyone. That the curb was done fix and all. All resident should be treated fairly. So what do you do if there isn't anymore parking permits. Like my picture was shown. There were so many other cars out there parking pass line on lines that had no sticker along with others with stickers that live on the property in the visitors parking ; not to mention I was in a visitor parking. Thank you for reaching out. Business Response /* (4000, 22, 2022/10/10) */ Good Afternoon, We were NOT issuing any parking permits for visitors until the complete property was re-paved. This means that EVERY resident had to abide by the rules set forth regarding visitor parking. The photos clearly show that the car was parked over the line(s) impleading access to the sidewalk. During the construction, every visitor was required to park somewhere off property unless they found one of the 24hr parking spots. Also, during this time residents WERE allowed to park at the 24hr visitor spots if nothing else was open. All residents and visitors must abide by the rules set forth by Maryland Mgmt. Consumer Response /* (4200, 24, 2022/10/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The permit was mention before the pavement was done . I have been here over several months with my daughter .I don't want to continue to explain what took places. I do know that Alexus been asks for this parking permit back in January 2022. Business Response /* (4000, 26, 2022/10/18) */ The parking policy states that only (1) permanent parking sticker is issued per licensed lease holder. Also, when requested by the lease holder they are welcome to come to the leasing to receive a visitor pass **** lasts until the end of every month. Please note that only (1) monthly visitor pass *** household is issued. I am a little confused about this claim. Every resident is issued a copy of the parking rules and regulations in which they should notify their visitor/s of such. Consumer Response /* (4200, 28, 2022/10/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When she asked she was told there wasn't anymore .That was what she was told .she never received not one permit pass for her visitor .why not just do the right thing .The pavement was not beginning worked on in the winter. She asked form that parking permit in the winter. Business Response /* (4000, 30, 2022/10/20) */ The only reasons that a resident would be denied a visitor parking pass ** if they had already been issued one for the month or if there is a project or construction happening on the property.
