This apartment complex and its management team needs to be investigated. I have been dealing with continuous noise issues with neighbors. I have made NUMEROUS complaints since March of 2022. Not only are they aware, but I also have had police show up numerous of times because of it. This complex allows people to constantly make noise and they hardly ever do anything about the situation EVER. They have horrible management and they need to be investigated. They have lied numerous of times in emails stating that the problem will be solved and we was FORCED TO DEAL WITH THE NOISE. They do not care about their residents and their quality of home life. Me and my family suffered from emotional stress due to the way management handled situations. We was forced to live and deal with noise and we were lied to me. Throughout the remainder of our lease, we were told that the situation was going to be resolved within a “ few weeks”, however, 2 months later and we were still experiencing the same complaints !!! Again, this apartment complex has the worse management who does not care about the quality of home life of its residents. Forcing residents to deal with constant noise is absurd.

My daughter moved into this complex the end of June 2022. I disregarded a lot of issues due to it being her first apartment experience and wanting her to "rough it" and appreciate the little things. HOWEVER, since residing there, they have not had their stove properly fixed (maintenance came in and showed them how to light it with a lighter to use it), it took almost 2 months to fix the heat/cooling control on the wall to turn the air off that increased their electric bill. AND NOW......they are living with MICE!!!! My daughter and roommate are not nasty young ladies and clean up after themselves. Their neighbor had a mice issue and now the mice have moved to my daughter's apartment. The complex has treated it now twice, but this is a mice infestation at this point and more needs to be done. We are going on 4 weeks of them living with mice, who have now left droppings and urine on their counters. When the neighbors had the issue, the entire building should have been notified and treated immediately! To allow tenants to live like this is ridiculous and unacceptable! Who would pay to live like this!?!?! And let's not mention the black mold on the ceiling of their bathroom!!! I am not a happy mom and will NOT pay for such horrible living conditions for my college student. This is NOT okay!
