    Back in April my Father purchased almost $4,000 worth of furniture. After multiple calls regarding when we will be receiving the furniture, we never received furniture. Asked for a refund and they never gave us a refund. I’ve read multiple reviews of this place of people having the same issue. This place needs to be shut down for ******

    Purchased $5700 worth of furniture on 6/3/24. The following morning we emailed and tried calling to cancel the purchase (there's a 48hr cancellation). No response or callback. Went in person that day to cancel. Was assured by SAMIR the co-owner that the transaction was cancelled won't even show up on account. Well it did and it was posted. Again, phoned (left message with a person) and emailed SAMIRA (SAM). No response. Left a review. No response. All we wanted was proof it was cancelled. We contacted our bank on 6/7 to dispute the transaction. To this day no phone call or email from Samir. Absolutely ridiculous. I know many people may have spent more, but even if a patron spends $1 at a store the store should want to provide PROMPT and courteous customer service especially in this economy, and especially when someone is the CO-OWNER. Buyer beware. That money is sitting in their account all this time. In addition, I've read reviews stating long wait times to receive purchase. Just fyi.
