    This hotel was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures and amenities online are false and they are represented by old pictures. The floor and walls were dirty. I had to vacuum my own room. Black mold in the bathroom and by the refrigerator. Many homeless living here using vouchers. Once was nice enough to bring me towels because the front desk would not. They say they are understaffed but employees sit around showing their nails off, smoke outside or leave a sign out front to call a number. When you try to call the number, no one would answer. The key cards barely work and when trying to reactivate them with the front desk they are no where to be found. When calling the number again someone finally answered and hung up on my twice. The 3rd time I got a woman and she was very rude. She didn’t come to the front desk until 20 min later and said it was because she was showing off a place for a potential client for her boss at another location. This left the hotel empty with no employees to run it if there was an emergency. People outside gather which are mostly homeless selling drugs all day and night. If you don’t empty your own trash in the dumpster before leaving they keep a $50 deposit. When I complained to the manager about the cleanliness of my room, she said I was responsible to clean it. I said it wasn’t clean when I checked in and I have pictures to show you. Numerous people tried checking in and immediately left. This place needs shut down until fully cleaned.

    We booked our one-night stay several weeks in advance. When we arrived, the front desk clerk couldn't find our reservation in the system, even though I was holding the printout with the reservation number in my hand. She said she had one room left and checked us into it. When we got to the room, we found fuzz and dirt all over the floors, no pillows or other bedding on the bed, and the bathroom had enough dirt and mold on the toilet and shower to make us want to be sick. We immediately turned around and went back to the front desk to tell them we were staying. They still charged us for the room and I'm still fighting to get a refund, two weeks later.
