    COULDN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT SALES REP KEEDON SALES MANAGER MAX AND FINANCE MANAGER DANIEL!!!! I was in a bad spot with my car being wrecked and having a hard time with the gap insurance paperwork, keedon called me and blocked out time to sit down and help me get everything I needed to send to them. (530 pm) Max helped me with everything. then after all that was done helped me pick out a car. ALL 3 GUYS STAYED TILL AROUND 10PM GETTING EVERYTHING DONE FOR ME SO THAT I COULD DRIVE HOME THAT DAY!! ! I didn't expect to leave with a car that night. THIS IS MY 2ND CAR I GOT WITH THEM. THESE GUYS TRULY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU!!! JESSICA in the auto shoppe is also TRULY AMAZING. my last car my son blew 2 of my tires and I called her I didn't have an appointment but she told me to have it brought in and she will take care of it right then!!! I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

    Honestly if I could give no stars I would. Like the person below, I was also sold a lemon that they are doing nothing about. I have barely had the vehicle 6m & its been in the service dept. every month I have had it. Their VW service is completely incompetant & do not care about customer concerns. I am putting this under Subaru bcus technically that's where I bought the vehicle. I had a fuel pump issue, coil/spark plug issue & bcus VW decided to disregard me I ended up with an oil consumption problem. This vehicle could have blown up as I'm driving with my children in the car. Very disheartening. My vehicle has been racking miles on it bcus I have to keep driving it certain amount of miles & have them take it to a different Sheehy store in Waldorf. I put 5000 down on a vehicle that is complete crap & they won't take the money I already put into it to put towards something better.. Now I am trying to get out of it but having a very hard time bcus I now have to start from scratch & they want another 4k down on a different vehicle. I believe it has a known transmission/engine problem they refuse to address. Along with that, I test drove another vehicle from Sheehy GMC that was chained smoked in & overheated several times while I was driving.. I brought this to their attention & they didn't even bat an eye. A finance person told me "we sell to who will buy & I would sell them a good service contact knowing that". Very UNPROFESSIONAL & absolutely sad.

    They sold me a lemon and will not do anything about it . My brand new car I bought off the truck has been in the shop 7 times within the year I bought it . They proceeded to take my car 45 mins away several times to some random house ( I have pictures and videos to prove it ) the managers and even district managers won’t call anyone back . Now I’m out a car and about 20 thousand dollars
