      This is one of the worst casinos in the area in terms of payouts. Used to be far better. It used to pay, but, that has changed in a drastic way. I have been to other casinos in the last few months and can honestly say Live is the worst. Surely this casino brings in a boatload of money but does not see fit to pay out any better than they do. There ought to be a law against it! Highway robbery and greed. My recommendation to patrons…forego Live casino and visit other casinos. You will get a far better result! No fun when you can’t win anything or you get minimal payouts, consistently! Visiting Live should be a last resort. No longer on my list!

      The employees dress in all black are very nasty and unpolite, and disrespectful. No one should be yelled at just because they are playing on a machine that has black boxes on the chair. To speak to someone in a condescending matter is in a business very unprofessional. I will not be going back to live casino.

      I ours give this place 0 stars if I could. I slipped and fell on the often wet and dirty lady's room floor in may 8th, 2024 injuring my head and knees with concussion and contusion. I was taken to ********* ********** ********'s emergency room by ems and received Ct scans and ex ray. My hospital bills came to about $2200 - I have to missed work for a month because of the knee injury so I suffered $6,000 in loss of income not to mention the pain and suffering I've endured. I submitted all bills and claims to the risk specialist Rebecca ***********, as I was advised to do so by head is security. Today ( May 8th, 2024) exactly one month later, she contacted me offering $200 in food and beverage comp or free play as compensation for the unpleasant experience and inconvenience So I asked about my medical bills and she said I have to take care of that in my own. I am seeking an attorney as I'm writing this review .... please asking about an insults to the injury ??

      They are a falsewitness and backstabber organization. The security basically kicked me out for no reason. I was just enjoying the free bevages they give out and socializing with friends that still work there. This is the second time I got escorted out of the establishment. The first time it was claimed "I made the cocktail staff feel unconfortable". This time today "you are a former employee and you are permanently banned from the property". Both of those times I did nothing wrong. I was just enjoying my soda and having a good time. It's been three years since I worked there. I'm Pass the four month resignment temporary ban. I do not cause any conflicts and I socialize normally. I believe someone in the organization may be plotting false witness and slander against me.I don't know who or why. But, today the security supervisor said they may call the police on me if I step in again and they were about too. Both of those occurances I politely respected the supervisor for doing his job and left normally with no trouble. I even asked the guy is there someone I can complain too. He said Call corporate and I reported already. I think this false witness act against me is unfair and uncalled for. I do not personally appreciate it. I think on a moral level, I deserve some sort of compensation. This unexeptable on a consumer level and in God's eyes.

      I was having a problem with my player account and was told a manager would have to call me to help me and will reach out to me within 48 hours. I made 3 appearance within 2 weeks of each other, which takes me 3 hours of driving round trip. Each visit was a waste of time. I've called at least five times with no results. Needless to say, it's been a month. No follow through, no dependability, lack of management competency, and overall the most deplorable service I have ever received. Do yourself a favor and go to *** or ********* instead. Do not waste any money here. You won't get the service you deserve.

      I work for a law enforcement agency in the state of VA and have a very extensive knowledge of laws in Maryland. In the state of Maryland I know it is the FIRST state to offer an ID in the form of an online document. The manager, Marco advised that was not a law and that they will not honor it. I pulled up the law in the state of MD and they refused to allow it. I was clearly younger than the bride (and I am 23 years old) and she had a valid online ID. They REFUSED to let the bride who is almost 10 years older than me into the location. I will also be reporting this directly into the state of MD.

      The casino has very poor customer service. The slots software has been changed in their favor only. There are numerous glitches in their slot spins and the payouts are well below the legal standards of payouts by statistics of win / loss. They have altered the machines payouts and bonus or free games each time I have gone there in the last four years. There is little entertainment or food choices in the casinos. I do not recommend anyone to play slots at the casino or any other games. Worst I've seen slots in the last fourty five years.

      I love the casino but the LUK FU restaurant food is terrible. Anytime a Chinese restaurant mess up fired rice its time to shut the doors. I paid $38 for something call fried rice that had no vegetables in it and the shrimps so small.. the plate was white...Please get a new Chef or Bring back GEORGE.. Please read the reviews most say what I am saying..the food is terrible...Owners get involved

      Aug 17 20210, my husband and I are cashing out chips that he won at the table. The lady by the name "Yook" who is working at the cage "cashier" ask for his card which its fine although we are confused my husband gave her his silver card. The second time we cash out a chips because its 3:31 am she said, "i have to make a call" and now my husband and I are more frustrated. My husband said, what do u do if someones try to cash out chips and they did not use their card or gave their license and they won? She did not reply and just said " i have to check because i don't want to cash out chips if its stolen!" Now, thats effin ridiculous. She just profiled us! She check my husband card, call it in and found out it's a legit winnings, we never heard her say sorry, and the only reason she gave us is because she wanted to make sure that its not a stolen chips. What the ****! Please can someone look into this matter. This is so unprofessional. And by the way, not a lot of people are using card nor give their license when they play tables. This is an act of racial profiling!!!!
