I paid Ken ******, Perfect Publishing.com, $1000, on September 18, 2022, to be an author of a story submitted to a book compilation called **** ** ****. He asked that payment be submitted to his company The Umbrella Syndicate. I have the receipt sent via ******. I never heard a word from them after giving the money to them, even after I reached out via text and email every month or two asking about progress, any proof reading errors, and who my editor would be, etc. I have never gotten one response! The original author who reached out for people to be a part of the book is Michelle *******. She has two other authors who also paid Ken, and who never received any services. Michelle ended up self publishing our book. She has reached out several to them as well with NO response! I tried to simply get a refund from ******, since no service was provided, but I made the request In July, so it was past their 6 months deadline. This company (companies) does not need to be in business, and I need my money back!

I was asked to create and publish a book for Michelle *******. I came up with the title, conception of the compilation, how to make the book, and complete the project. We normally charge $10,000 for this intellectual property (and consulting)

My team and I invested time in meetings, calls, and webinars.

Please see attachments of our consulting time and involvement and proof the book was completed with my advise and vision. Even though the deposits do not cover the costs or value, there is obvious proof that every author received what they paid for,: a completed book (on Amazon), with my title, vision and plan utilized for the success of having a book they can now market, a tribe created by this vision, and a legacy to inspire others who '**** ** ****'.
