I purchased a pair of jeans and was told to downsize for the correct fit. I downsized and they didn't fit. I contacted them via email and they sent me a message to fill out a form and send the jeans back and pay the postage. I complied and just received a message (more than 30 days after the 30 day refund policy). I sent the jeans back with the required form. Now they're saying I didn't send the form and I can only get a store credit. This is ridiculous and they advertise a refund but, they don't want to give one.Initial Complaint

I received my order and had to return some items and I was told I am in charge of the shipping cost but I had ordered from them before and I was sent a return label and they told me that they would not honor a free return, because I purchased from an app and not their website, even though the app is their store.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 8/1/23 with the expectation of 2-4 business day shipping. I paid $133.87. After several emails inquiring about the non shipment of my order, and nothing being done about it on their end, I asked for a refund since my order has not yet shipped. They refuse to refund stating a label has already been printed. It appears that my ordered items were in stock when I placed order, but due to their delay in shipping, they went out of stock(they are now listed as "waitlist") and they now have to find and unbox to fulfill my order. All I want is a refund so I never have to deal with them again.Initial Complaint

I found this shop via ****** where they advertise returns within 30 days. I went to their website to see their entire inventory and placed my order there. I am now told that I cannot return my item based on a policy buried on their website, when it clearly states on social media that they accept returns.Initial Complaint

6/8/23 order placed through their app for a tshirt costing a total of $52.27 I received an email that day confirming the order and stated it would ship on 10-15 business days. I have not received any email communication, I have attempted to reach them through ******** messenger but met with a message to email them. I have emailed them. I have received no communication from the company and there is no contact information other than that of an email address. I purchased an item regular price for 64.90 plus shipping total of $73.85. Order #*******! Doesn't state any where on my transaction that it was a final sale as which it was not! It was a full prices item! Return policy states I can return it for a full refund and the company is telling me it was a final sale as which is NEVER STATED THAT nor does it say that in any of the receipts! They will not make it right and honor the return for a full refund! I can attach anything need to show on my end that it never stated a final sale!Business Response

Our store policies are clearly listed on our website and our app for all to see prior to purchasing. *********************************************************************** I have included a screenshot of the policy as well included in this email. 2/9/23 I made several purchases from the companies online boutique. Vendor boxes are told 10-15 business day turnaround. The company gives a certain amount in "credit" to be used for other orders due to the timeframe. I placed the order, and have contacted customer service requesting refund or canceling order. The current business day is "19". I was told refunds were unavailable due to the credit. However, there is no "refund" credit due, this company has my compensation for products that I have not received. I would like to receive my money back, which is a business transaction.Business Response

************* was responded to via email on March 8.2023 with a refund of the item that she purchased minus the discount credit she received for the item. Our store policy is clearly written that although a 10-15 day timeline is given, there is no exact date for items because we do rely on vendors and shipping carriers, which is beyond our control. Please see attached photos in which the item was refunded in full.
