      Bought a bag of Frito’s at Princess Royale Hotel in Ocean City. Price stated below the chips was $1.50. After paying, I was charged $3.75. They are a ripoff and clearly stealing money from customers.

      What a ****. A $400 and it barely lasted 24 months before it started to be defective. Not a big deal except the company’s fix is for you to purchase a new one of pay for a refurbished one. Their defective device that they are still receiving weekly payments from, but they want me to buy a new one. When I asked How much sense that made, the representatives “agreed” but there was “nothing they could do” about it. I asked if the life of the device was typically only 2 years and they said no. They offer a warranty only for 1 year. The customer service is trash. I’ve lost money due to this defective device and all they could come up with was for me to send them MORE money for yet another device. When I suggested they send me a refurbished device and I’d send them mine for them to inspect and figure out the malfunction, they said no. I called multiple times a week asking to talk to a manager and NOT ONE ever called back. Once I sat on hold for 3 hours and then the phone hung up. Once I catch up from the inconvenience and from the machine losing so much money, I intend to look into Canaloupe and give someone else my business; someone who actually cares about their clients.

      I am a disabled person whom has been in a legal battle trying to get SSDI from the gov for 6 years. I am deathly poor and often have to eat out of this machine in my apartment complex Yorktown Continental. This card reader EVERYTIME I have used it has either stolen several dollar everytime Ive used it or it wont even work when I have money on my card... How a company can get away with doing this constantly without any penalty is beyond me. Today I came home from work and the 10$ I have until next Friday to eat despite working 45 hours a week debt takes all my money then this machine cleans up any excess I have weather I am using machine or not. 6 Items were charged today and I havent even used the machine yet.... Is it ok to rob a handicap person? Because these people specialize in it and now Im going to get my 2 case workers also after Nayax. I wont stop until I get an apology and my money back.

      I'm not even going to waste my time contacting this company, I'm just going to dispute the charges. On July 28, 2024, I used a vacuum machine at a gas station in Silver Spring, MD. The cost was $3.25 per use. I used it twice. I was charged $3.25 twice AND $159.92 and $156.62. You read that right. This is what makes me crazy about this country at this time. These people will never be prosecuted and serve jail time. This page is nothing, but fraud and theft committed by this company. No, it's not a mistake, it's intentional. I'm glad I caught it soon, but I'm actually enraged. As per the multitude of complaints on this page about the same thing, these people should be in prison, but it should be obvious at this point that prison is only for poor people in America.

      The worst customer service. We purchased this from someone they sent in transfer paper over a year ago. We have been trying to get it switched they said he filled it out wrong. They can’t reach him neither can I. He obviously was trying to switch it maybe he put the wrong name but it shows he was trying. Now I have an expensive machine sitting in my gym and all they can say is oh well. There is no notes on the machine saying it has to be transferred so when we purchased we did not know it was like transferring a million dollar home. All I want is the payment processor changed to my name so I can use it not have a one year old paper weight sitting there. It takes two weeks to just get a reply and then two weeks to get another reply. Just drawing it out so they do not have to do any work. Horrible company

      I got an unknown charge of $3.00 on my bank account. Neither my husband nor I could remember using our cards at any "vending" machine. We pretty much use the same places of business all the time which show up on our account as those familiar places. After Googling NAYAX Vending, LLC and checking here with BBB I discovered that this company may seem like a legitimate third party payment processing business but it does not indicate what business it is receiving the money for. I believe this company to be nothing more than a **** and advise businesses who consider using them to collect money on their behalf to go elsewhere. In today's business why would you WANT a third party to receive money on your behalf knowing that they are going to charge you, the business owner, for that unnecessary service.

      Worst company I have ever had to try and talk with, can't get anyone to answer the phone to cancel our machine they keep billing us $7.89 per month. No way in **** will we ever pay....

      I'm cancelling my account with them. Going cash only on my machines. I've had nothing but problems with this company for five years straight. They're quick to take your money for hardware, and sales always answers the phone but you'll NEVER be able to get ahold of support or the finance department. Looking for attorneys to file a lawsuit against this company, this is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!

      Worst Customer Service In History. I have been on hold for 4 hours and emailed every address and STILL no response. We need to update our banking details. This should be a simple task that has turned into a nightmare! Nayak continues to send us open ticket emails that have fallen into a deep vortex. They are holding our earnings and not responding! I wish I could give them zero stars. From looking here, the horrible customer service is the pain point for everyone. I hope a class action lawsuit against them arise. Just ANSWER YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT.
