I would definitely not recommend - very expensive for minimal service. I used them for 2.5 years and paid every bill they sent (just shy of $1,600!). They come at most quarterly and usually arrive without enough notice for someone to be at home to let them in. So maybe they spray outdoors but who actually knows? They raised my monthly fee twice during the time period from $48.76 to $57.13 without notice. Eventually I called and cancelled and then they sent another bill more than a month later. When I called to remind them that I had cancelled more than a month earlier they were very rude and sent the bill to collections. Find someone else if you need pest control. These folks are a nightmare that you don't want to start. Selected one star because I cannot select zero which would be my preference.Review from Bethany D

Wish I could say I got to experience their actual “service”, but their customer service in and of itself spoke volumes to us. We were given 4 different estimates by 4 different people in a 3 day span. It’s like 1 person doesn’t know what the others are doing. The first time I tried to call, I was given a survey for the representative I spoke to, without ever having been connected to anyone. 2 of the 4 representatives we spoke to were so incredibly rude. I do not recommend. I had a great experience with Ehrlich about 15 years ago. In 2024, it’s not the same. I hired them a month ago to provide pest control (mice), paid in full, had 1 visit from a tech, then next appointment was a no-show. When I called, no one knew what was going on. Apparently the following next 2 visits were canceled and no one bothered to call me. I was told I’d get a call to reschedule, and…nothing. I called to reschedule, the rep couldn’t schedule two appointments and the system showed that my warranty ends before I’ve even had complete and paid for service. So I’ve paid in full $500 for services not rendered. This makes no sense. Apparently, there are no techs in my area, but they are still taking people’s money.Review from Ana S

Total reap off. Installed whole termite system and bought the maintenance service. Which supposed to check the baits quarterly. After three wears of having these service we just found termite damage and activity in the basement. Ask someone else to check baits and all were untouched. Asked before about termite activity and they said they were no signs of termite activity at all. However, we found termite. Definitely will not use nor recommend this company again Do not waste your money. Ana SReview from Konstantin G

As an existing customer, I reported a wasp infestation on Sunday, told them I was bit by wasps, and unable to approach trash can because aggressive wasps nested close by. Have to store trash bags in garage in the summer heat - imagine the smell.
Received promises they will come out but they did not even after three calls with a local office and one with a representative of a distric management Melissa W***** (last name spelling might be wrong. Her extension is *****). As of Thursday - no response.
