Went to this jiffy lube just for an oil change. They end up saying i need a RAD COOLANT FLD EXCHANGE as well. So me thinking i could trust them i said okay. Both of these services cost me about $180. This is a Monday night that i go. Next day i drive my car to work, pick my son up from after school and went home my check engine lights come on. That was late Tuesday. My check engine light has never came on ever. I even have their paper work stating no check engine light was on. So Wednesday i had to go to work but left so that i could go back to jiffy lube to find out what they did to my car. I talk to the manager ******. She put my car on their machine and said it was a sensor. One of the workers came to me saying i need a 02 sensory bank 1. I'm like ok well my car didn't have this problem before i came here. So end up taking my car to ******* Not only did they discover my oil was never changed they also seen my oil was leaking from underneath the car.They said i need to get my bypass hose replaced and also airflow sensor. The bypass hose is basically the coolant pipe. (When jiffy lube did the coolant change they put to much pressure on the bypass hose which cost damage.) they also said i need my air flow sensor replaced. This is also something to do with my engine. Both parts are related. i talk with the general manager at jiffy lube ************************* and told him everything. He said he had one of his managers go to ****** and talk with the service department and they said what happen to my car doesn't have anything to do with what jiffy lube did. I called ****** back and they said that's a lie. They never said that. So i emailed ***** like you should have called ****** yourself cause it's not true what your manager is saying. So now jiffy lube does not want to pay me for the damages they cost to my car. They didn't even pay for the oil change i paid them which they clearly know they didn't do. All of this cost me over $2,000.
