    **************** the owner of Universal Tax Services was very rude and disrespectful.My daughter had not received her state refund and needed to get some clarification concerning this and I went to ******************** office hoping that I could help her to resolve this matter. When I initially tried to explain to **************** why I was there he cut me off with a very rude response asking why my daughter would call the *** and did not give me an opportunity to fully explain that when she called DC tax office that they did not have any information in the system showing that she had filed her taxes. **************** asked where my daughters W2 forms were because the copies that should have been in her folder was not with her other tax forms. **************** continued to imply that my daughter misplaced them but I could not understand why his office did not have that information in his system. When I questioned **************** about this he became very defensive and refused to let me talk telling me to leave his establishment that he did not need our business because he had several clients and we did not have use his services. I could not believe that this man was being so rude and continued to tell me to leave without even trying to assist me with the issue my daughter was having with her tax refund. He claim to be a ********* but the behavior I saw was not the behavior of someone who calls himself a *********. I am going to let everyone I know that if they are in need of some tax services to definitely not use Universal Tax Services.
