      I received my parts minus one integral part. Now I can't get in touch with them, by phone to cust serv or through email.

      Horrible company!!! Every single thing they tell you is a lie!! They do not tell you when something is backordered. They do not respond to emails. Except with an "automated response" that says they are too busy to respond to emails so they link to their FAQ page, which is not helpful, and the "automated email" comes 3 days later, which is NOT how automated responses work, automated responses are automatically sent immediately, not days later, it's just another lie, an excuse for just linking to the FAQ instead of giving an actual response. They will eventually answer the phone if you wait a really long time (while the automated system tells you that there is no wait time). But you have to try REALLY REALLY hard to reach them or they will keep your money, not respond to you and not send you the item. Thankfully when/if you finally reach customer service you can tell they are used to many angry customers and agree to refund (fingers crossed the refund goes through, I do not trust them with SO many lies) Seriously the most unprofessional company I have ever used. Kind of ironic, the automated system says something about how it's not placing the order that matters, it's the service afterwards that counts and they are right!! Very true! And your lack of customer service, response, ect sets you apart as being a horrible scam of a company.

      I have had parts on order for 2 weeks that i purchased online. Parts was received by Jacks small engines today and when i talked to customer service today was told that it would be another week at least before they shipped them out. Lady was not helpful in trying to speed up process even when i stressed to her i was in need of those parts asap. She did not seemed concerned at all about it even if i never purchased anything else from them in future. She even assumed i was threatening her which i was certainly not in any way. She said this was there busy season which i understand but its my busy season to with a business'.

      Ordered crankshaft seals, head gaskets, intake/exhaust gaskets and a few odds and ends for a ******* engine. I've ordered multiple times over the years from Jack's Small Engines and have always been satisfied with their service. When the order was placed on 7/5/23 nothing showed to be on back order. 10 days later I call them and they say that we have the order it just hasn't been filled because they are waiting on back ordered items. I told them to send what they had so maybe I could start putting the motor back together. They sent the seals and one intake gasket and said everything else was on back order. I ended up looking everything else i needed on **** and got everything in 3 days and got the mower back up and running. I called and asked what was wrong with my order and they said they just couldn't get the parts I needed and I told them to order from **** before they lose their business. It's now 8/28 and I just got another email saying another part has shipped. 7/5-8/28 and still haven't received everything!

      I placed my original order on 7/27/23 and received shipment on 7/29/23. Unfortunately, I received someone else's order. I immediately sent them an email, providing them with all of my original information, plus the information pertaining to the other person's order (since they were likely in the same boat). I received a reply from their customer service on 7/31/23 and was told my claim had been sent to the warehouse. Over the next two weeks I emailed them back and forth trying to get an ETA of when I would get my part. On 8/14/23 I finally gave up, and cancelled my order. It's 8/23/23 today and I have yet to see my money refunded or an RMA for the incorrect part I received. Very disappointed with the entire experience and will not be a returning customer.

      Ordered a part for a trimmer in the beginning of May, 2023. Was told the part was on order and I should receive it at the end of June. When the part arrived it was the wrong part. I notified them and sent it back the first week of July. I got confirmation it was returned and waited the 2 weeks stated in their return letter. I have sent several requests to get an update and no one has responded. I have a mail tracker and was notified it was read with no reply. Looking at the reviews left here I can see why they are rated so poorly. It's almost August. This is ridiculous. I guess I will have to pursue legal action to get my money refunded.

      Purchased a ******* leaf vacuum and basically have to push it through my yard even though it’s self propelled. When calling over and over would be on hold for over an hour and wanted to return item and was told I couldn’t. Took it to a distributor here in Jacksonville Fl and when I used it again it still doesn’t go unless I push it through my St. Augustine grass. I even raised the front up high but it still doesn’t sell propel.What a waste of $1800.00 When you are on hold with Jacks small engines a recording plays over and over saying we care about service after the sale but that is not the case!       I purchased ***** ***** lawnmower from Jacks Small Engine and used it once for about 30 minutes.Tried to used it a second time and would start come to find out there is a know defect on this model.Jacks was aware of this issue so why are they selling it?This is bad bussiness they don’t care about the customer at all they only care about the dollar!There fix is take it to a ***** dealer for repair after 30 minutes use.This a major repair parts aren’t available. Oh and you can’t return it because federal law doesn’t allow return on gas engines.Bad bussiness stay away!

      We bought a Gravely Zero Turn Mower on 9/21/21. It has 20hrs on it to date. This is the second time it has been in the shop. First time was April it took two weeks for them to fix it (covid had the parts delayed) second go around dropped it off 7/9 was told they would look at it by 7/12. Called 7/20 to check on it and was told they just got the part and it would be done that evening or the next day. Didn't hear anything called them again ... They don't know who I spoke with they just ordered the part on 7/20 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When asked what took so long to order the part (we had a bad storm) .... If you have someone's loan mower for two weeks and are going to have to delay even longer it you should have the courtesy to call to the customer and make them aware !!! NOT the customer having to call and deal with the women at the desk who are ALWAYS miserable and don't know what they are talking about half time. Ron the manager let me know that they don't manufacture them and the best he could do was get us a demo loaner by the end of next week. Thanks Ron .... We live here and we bought the loan mower from your store .... you need to take better care of YOUR customers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Thank you for reaching out to us. This is not the level of service that a customer should expect at our service shop. As a customer who bought a unit from our store you should of been given priority service and you were not. Unfortunately we dropped the ball on this repair and will strive to do better in the future.

      5/3/2022 Took ********* string trimmer for warranty work in September 2021. Charged 45$ to handle the problem. Have checked periodically "part on order" . May 02 2022 over six months later. "Part still on order" when asked for an explanation... "oh, part unavailable, take it up with *********". Nope, can't have the $45 back. Wow. Also... good luck getting them on the phone.
