I purchased two adjustable bases from Walmart in March of 2020. Just recently both vibration motors on both bases stopped working. On ********* website it says there is a 3 year warranty. I went to the website of the manufacturer and have sent numerous emails to both email addresses given on the website to file a warranty claim. I have also tried calling the customer service phone number and it is just a recording stating to send an email. I have not gotten any type of response and my warranty will be up in March of 2023, so I am wanting to take care of this issue before it's too late.

I purchased an electric bed frame from classic brands on March 10th of 2020. It came with a 3-year warranty. It was sold by ****** but came from Classic Brands. Classic Brands adjustable Comfort upholstered adjustable bed base with massage wireless remote full size. $410.66. I contacted the company when the bed stopped working and I received one email telling me what they wanted me to send them. I sent them everything they asked for as well as checking to make sure nothing underneath the bed had been damaged as far as the cords or anything that was obvious. Also replace the batteries in the remote and it's not the remote. Tried calling them but all it says is to email them and there is no place to leave a voicemail. Since I sent in all the information I have sent them an email once a week asking what's going on why I haven't heard back but I never get a response. The order number was ************ *******. The request number they gave me was *****. I should mention that I am waiting for a double knee replacement, a right shoulder replacement and I have four heart conditions one of which is heart failure and I need a working bed.

Date of Purchase: 01/5/2020 Paid for item: $424.17 The warranty states the components of the adjustable bed base are covered by at least a 5 year pro-rating warranty. My bed no longer adjusts because the control box is broken, which is what the Classic Brands employee stated over the phone and via e-mails. I completed their warranty claim form twice online and once printed, scanned and e-mailed. The bed did not come with a warranty card that I recall, however, I've provided proof of purchase, and all the photos they've requested, which should be sufficient. I've even requested to simply just buy the part outright, but they will not respond to my e-mails. See attachments for tracking# etc. Also e-mail print to PDF of communication history. I want them to contact me with options to replace the defective adjustable bed control box component, that should be covered under warranty

On july 4th in 2016 I purchased a 10.5 cool gel mattress in a cal king from ******.(order #*******************) The 10yr warranty on the mattress was the selling point for me that classic brands offered. About two months ago the mattress was having lumps and weak dip spot in the mattress and the cover itself came unstitched. So I went ahead and did a warranty claim as classic brand states on their website. I've tried contacting them via email and cellular based on their website. I've tried all extensions and options and now it's been roughly 3weeks and I've gotten no reply or call from classic brands and it seems to ****** help center that I'm not the only one with this problem. The only email I received was a request #***** via email but with no follow up or additional information. I also provided classic brands with photos via email of the defected mattress attached to the warranty claims email. All I wish is a replacement or a refund for this inconvenience and time consuming resolution. Respectfully ***** *******

We bought a king size Classic Brands cool gel memory foam 12 inch mattress off of Amazon on December 24, 2019. We discovered through lots of trial and error that our entire home was contaminated with fiberglass causing health issues for my family. We had to rent a 30 yard dumpster and throw our years of sentimental belongings . Servicemaster came to clean what they could of the fiberglass, stuck to every surface you can imagine. Ceilings, windows, window screens, in the baseboards. My kids sobbed while we threw away their years of birthday gifts and dress up clothes, favorite sweaters and blankies they had made special for them since birth. Our daughter cried of her hands hurting for months while our son was using a nebulizer at least three times a day. The pain this mattress inflicted on our family cannot be described in ***** characters. If you have the same issue and you need a professional company to come clean it will cost upwards of $15,000 dollars to just remove the fiberglass from the surfaces. Lodging was another $9,800. We contacted the company several times and they never responded . They forwarded me to employees that no longer belonged to the company. We had to drain every dollar of our savings on replacing a small portion of what we lost so our kids can have some sort of normalcy. Not to mention our poor animals having to spend weeks at the kennel without us, itchy as all get out. We paid $346.31 for our lives to be destroyed . Thank god we are all still here after this. I have ocd and this incident caused me great discomfort after years of cognitive behavioral therapy.
