I have contacted them by email 3 times but not one response from them! My order has arrived but the coin inside the package is damaged. The coins are hurt on the rim and are not in their original situation. I want a partial refund for them. My order number is ********Business response

I ordered a 5 ounce silver bar and reveived one ounce. Emailed 2 times . Its been a month and no response. I sent the 1 ounce they sent me back. Still no resonse. Cost me 11.75 to send back.Business response

I agreed to sell my $ 10 dollar pre-1933 indian head coin to GEC order number #******. Using UPS they delivered the coin the next day. GEC stated that the payment for my coin was issued approx 10/06/22 via ordinary USPS regular mail with no tracking number. Nine business days have passed and I have not received the payment for my coin. On 12/15/22 I talked to thier agent "ashley" and she stated that they would reissue the payment check, send it FEDEX 2day service and email me the tracking number. She said it would occur today-12/15/22. At present there is no change in my account record on their website nor tracking number. I want GEC to PAY ME FOR THE COIN THEY PURCHASED. Please have them FEDEX my check as agreed upon immediately.Business response

Business is continuously NOT sending items that are ordered and replacing with different items WITHOUT CUSTOMER APPROVAL! This business also doesn't answer emails! On 9/20/22, I ordered a "2018 Silver Incuse Maple Leaf Uncirculated" coin. GEC sent a "2018 silver reverse proof Maple Bison privy" coin. On the same order, I ordered "Isle Of Man Tenth Ounce Gold Angel" coin and GEC packer scratched out Isle of man and wrote "Gibraltar". No! I did NOT order NOR WANT that coin. They are VERY DIFFERENT COINS! On 9/25/22, I ordered 5 different ASE silver proof coin sets. 4 out of the 5 had issues. One set has 2 cracked capsules. Another set had 2 coin capsules cracked. The third set, one coin was out of the capsule getting thrown around in the box! And the last set this company sent ANOTHER WRONG ITEM THAT WAS NOT ORDERED! This company had a habitual problem of replacing items WITHOUT NOTIFYING OR ASKING THEIR CUSTOMER! These are NOT mistakes, they are doing this on purpose! I attempted to get this resolved over email, but GEC IGNORES their emails! I waited 6 days without a reply! I called, was told they would investigate and they would call back the same business day. Lies! NO ONE CALLED! I called prior to their store closing and was put on hold but the operator 3 minutes later hung up on me! How UNPROFESSIONAL! Attempted to call back and they are now closed! This is what FRAUDULENT businesses like Golden Eagle Coin do -- ACT LIKE SCAMMERS AND DON'T RESOLVE ISSUES! All of these problems are UNACCEPTABLE for a reputable company! I haven't had a order that hasn't had MULTIPLE issues. I am still awaiting resolution to all of the issues!Business response

GECE continues to make mistakes with my orders and send items that do NOT match item description, missing items AND send damaged/wrong items. I STILL have NOT received what I originally ordered in expected condition as described by GECE. I await resolution to these NEW issues AND answers to my questions and concerns via email. I cannot close this complaint due to the new issues AND CONTINUED issues! EVERY ORDER I HAVE PLACED HAS AT LEAST ONE ISSUE! GECE support STILL does NOT reply to emails! After much dialogue, we weren't able to reach an understanding beyond that. I am not sure what the customer would like other than a full refund. I never received my order. I am requesting a replacement or full refund $868.20. ORDER DATE: 06-14-2022. Items order: (3) 2021 Australia 10 oz Silver Kookaburra BU $868.20. Paid via check sent 06-15-2022. The ordered was shipped on 06-24-2022 and lost in the mail. All packages are shipped via USPS insured mail and are insured for their FULL VALUE. Packages under $100 are sent via First Class Mail. Packages from $100 - $2000 are sent via Priority Mail.
