    After 15 plus years with Kathleen M F*****, I am switching agents because there is no empathy from the staff at this office. My wife and I have been with this agent for 15 plus years, we have our cars, home and my motorcycle insurance with State Farm. I had a motorcycle accident, it was my first accident and I was naturally scared. But I figured I had great insurance, I would be taken care of by my agent. I called and got through to Ms F*****s assistance (one of them) and there was no empathy, compassion, kindness, it was a question of call the 1800 number and have a nice day. I asked to speak with Ms F***** and was told "she is on vacation". Anyone who has been in an accident, who is injured knows, its one of the worst feelings in the world, and I was expecting empathy, compassion a "I'm sorry to hear that" "are you ok" or a "let us know if there is anything else we can do for you" from Ms F*****s office. Oddly enough I did get an voice mail from Ms F***** after I called the 1800 number and switched agents to Jim M*******.
