Regarding Order No. #******: On 1/6/23, I made a purchase from Beacon Threads in the amount of $85.37 for various clothing items. On 1/17/23 I received an email that stated my order was “just about to go out” and received a tracking number for shipping updates. The email also stated that tracking may be inaccurate and not updated until the package reached the town of delivery. An email address for customer service was also provided for any additional questions. On 1/23/23, I reviewed the tracking and found that only a shipping label had been created and **** was waiting on the actual items so they could be shipped. I emailed the company on this same day (1/23/23) inquiring as to whether the company had sent the items to ****, as the original shipping update (1/17/23) indicated sometimes the tracking doesn’t reflect actual movement. I received a generic response from my inquiry, indicating my customer service request was received and to expect follow up within 24-48 hours. I allowed 48 hours to pass, and then sent a follow up email on 1/26/23. I have yet to receive a response. As of 1/31/23, the tracking information provided still indicates the company merely created a shipping label and has yet to provide merchandise for shipping. My order lists the items as “shipped” but they have not been shipped. I have no means to reach anyone aside from the public customer service email that I have yet to get a response from.Initial Complaint

Horrible horrible business. I bought from this Christian based company to support a fellow Christian. Well, big mistake. I ordered on 12/5 and received my items in January. However, this is not the biggest issue. This company will not answer any emails, DMs, or any other form of communication. They do not care about their clients. They remain active on social media and post new things constantly. They continue to take new orders even though they are behind. Worst part is that they sent me 3/4 shirts I bought and I have no way of communicating with them to find out if my last shirt will ever ship. This company needs to be shut down and all the costumers should be reimbursed. Embarrassing that they use the Lord’s name to conduct this type of business.Initial Complaint

I placed a order on Jan 18th and received a email regarding shipping info on Jan 26th. The shipping info however states the label was created. I've emailed twice and Dm to inquire about my order since I'll be traveling out the country soon. I have not gotten a response. I made a purchase on November 25, 2022 for the be still and know hat for $21.88. I had originally got my tracking number and saw that a label had been created but the product had not been shipped. **** is now showing the product as untrackable. And the shop app recommended by the company shows the product is ready to ship. But it’s been well I’ve two months and I still do not have the order. I would like a refund or the product. I purchased 2 separate orders on 12/17/2022. It took almost a month to get my first order in. I still haven’t received my 2nd order which was almost $200 worth of merchandise. I emailed, dm’d on social media with no response. The company rep is contact Ky on social media posting new products, and but has yet responded to any of my emails or messages to resolve this matter. After looking into comments and reviews I noticed that this isn’t something they’re not known for. I purchased the merchandise for Christmas and here we are headed into February of 2023 and I don’t have my purchase neither an explanation of eta from Beacon. This is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

On 12/27/22, through the online store, I purchased $80.24 worth of merchandise that includes the $9.95 shipping fee. I sent an email regarding the status of my order on 1/11/23. On 1/12/23, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number through ***** I sent a second email on 1/21/23 because the tracking number for **** states that the facility is still waiting for the item to be shipped. I have not received a response from customer support for either time that I emailed regarding my order. The only email that I received other than the email with the tracking number are the automated customer service emails that are sent when you submit an email request. The company's shipping policy says that the items are made within seven business days and then it will be shipped out which is 2 to 3 business days that I paid for. I ordered my item November 30,2022 My order number is #****** I paid $78.97 for the full purchase but the item that is missing is $30 I ordered 4 items and one item was missing, I was provided with a letter and no tracking number stating the item will be sent separately... it wasn't.I tried getting in touch with customer service but they don't respond as I have sent 5 emails to several emails they have. I bought several tshirts from Beacon Threads, and in the past I have loved their products and their service. However recently on November 30, 2022 I ordered 8 t-shirts totaling my order at $87.74. I usually receive a tracking confirmation in ***** hours, I never received a tracking confirmation email. I had my order number and the date, so on December 13, 2022 I emailed them and received an email stating "your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Please allow up to 24 business hours for an agent response."I also looked up their phone number and called them on December 13, 2022- December 15, 2022 and unfortunately the mailbox was full. Their number according to ****** is ************** and the mailbox is always full.I never received a reply. I emailed them again on December 17, 2022 about order ******, the same order placed on November 30, 2022 with no tracking confirmation. I knew by then that my order wouldn't be here by Christmas Day and I wanted a refund. I received an automated response message stating the same thing I received on the 13th. I also contacted Beacon Threads on the 30th of December about order # ******, only to not ever be contacted by an agent. I gave Beacon Threads ample time to email me back about my order or to refund my $87.74. According to their emails you are to give them 7 business days for processing, it has exceeded 7 business days. I want an investigation done, this abhors me. I want my $87.74 returned to me and I want this experience to be on their record, so that other people know how Beacon Threads treated their customer. Their email: **************************************** must not be a monitored mailbox, because one can never receive an agent response. You can't contact them on ******** either, so this was the only way to hopefully get some resolve. If there are any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase of clothing in the amount of $85.86 to Beacon Threads on November 23, 2022. The funds were taken from my bank account on November 25, 2022. The website states an email will be sent when the order has been fulfilled and shipped. I have received no such email. I have not received the items. Three times I have sent an email to [email protected]. (Dec 11, Dec 18, Jan 8). Each time I receive an automated email stating I will be contacted by an agent within 24 hours. I have never been contacted. It has been a.most 8 weeks since I ordered the clothing and have not received any of the items. They will not respond to my inquiries. I want a refund. Attached is my original purchase order, and a screen shot of my bank account to prove the funds were taken out of my account. Thank you.
