  It's been a few year. Today, I fixed something that Affordable Plumbing Northwest should of taking care of (along with other things)... and I finally decided to write a review so the public will know. They did a service back in January of 2021. They did came out the same day.... broke one of our toilet, they did paid for the new one (a cheap one). They didn't s**** the toilet down tight enough, and my son mentioned the issue a few days age about ever since the new toilet, he noticed that it moves a bit every time he sits on it.They also open a hole on our wall, and promised they will have someone come over and patch the wall with an access panel. Well, they never came and we have to deal with the hole in the wall ourselves. Call them several times about they didn't finished the job. They never bother to call back. They might be affordable, but it really is not worth it... in my experience with them.

  Came out the next day after I called. Found and fixed a leak in the basement bathroom tub drain within 30 mins. Very reasonable price and very professional.

  Tom is dishonest He lied to my Warranty Globe Group claim agent and said; he cut-out the dry wall, moved the frig and board panel. He lied to the claim agent and stated I refused to pay the fee diagnostics and the service call fee. My family member and I recorded everything. BBB if you need footage contact me. The warranty globe group removed Tom (owner of Affordable plumbing) from their service list. They will NOT do business with Tom anymore. Tom manipulated myself the customer and the claim agents. The supervisor listen to the recording conversation and told me, Tom called warranty globe group a scammer. Supervisor said these was his words; " I knew you all were a scammer" The supervisor told me at that point they paid Tom, because by protocol if the customer refuse to pay, then warranty agent will pay and the customer will pay back to the warranty company. So, basically, Tom lied inside his company truck away from my present to manipulate the warranty claim agent. I, tried to call the claim agent while Tom was inside my home, but the phone ringed. So, we paid him the deductible, but I remained on the phone until the claim agent answer. Agent John told me what Tom said he did inside our home and we refusing to pay. I told the agent it's a lie!! The agent said; "at this point, it's your word against his word and your coverage does not cover diagnostics fee or service calls fees only plumbing and I am responsible to pay it back $425. I, asked for the supervisor. Supervisor Mr. Demetri, called me, listen to everything I said, and told me that he listen to the recorded conversation Tom had with the claim agent and apologize to me. He waiver the $425.00 and removed Affordable Plumbing & Heating off their services list. I called Tom, he told me he will call me back. When he called me back I told him what the claim agent said. Tom began fussing, over talking me and hung-up. I called backed, he said I was causing problems and hung-up. I, text Tom told him he's a liar
