              I bought a car from ******* a year and a half ago. It has been in the shop for over four times after I bought it. My car went to the shop ******* and Lexington Park. a little funny, they called me a few weeks later and said it was something they could fix. It was the timing chain and I would only have to pay a $50 deductible. 2 1/2 months later since they had my car, they said all of a sudden my engine had sludge all over it and I need a whole new motor. I gave him proof of all of my receipts of my synthetic oil changes I bought the car at 40,000 miles I only put 25,000 miles on it since I had to synthetic oil changes, since then never even left the county ******* is saying that they will not replace my engine due to the sludge but I got all my proper oil changes and at first it wasn't Sluge. It was something else but then all of a sudden it was I need a whole new engine. They quoted me $20,000 for a new engine and them to fix it. I believe they should be the ones to fix it.

              Sold a lemon, can’t fix reoccurring issues I bought my back in Aug 2021, from the “Team Hyundai” side. Took my car for a P1326 and P2101 code. I was told it was a knock sensor, it was replace but i didn’t trust it, so i took it to another shop where they diagnosed that the motor was about to go. Took it back and they replaced the motor. Few weeks later i took it back in for a low power issue. After that i have taken my car in another 3/4 times for the codes mentioned above. Told they can’t find anything. I have documentation and service records. At this point i have lost a day off for every-time these codes popped up. I’m considering taking legal action upon this dealership.

              This customer bought USED 2017 Hyundai with 88,929 mile in August of 2021. On 03/15/22 TEAM Hyundai was able the get approval from (the factory) Hyundai to approve a new engine installed at no cost to this customer. On 05/13/22, with 121779 miles on his car and well out of any warranty time frame, Team Hyundai found that a Knock sensor had gone bad, which we also replaced at no cost to this customer. On 12/20/22, with 146419, and again well out of any warranty and over 23000 mile since this customer returned to the dealership, customer claimed that the cars "check engine" light had come on again, there was NO lights illuminated on customers car. Customer then stated he had a tool and had cleared the lights and codes. Hyundai technician ran Diagnostic test and tests drove for approximate 20 miles to which no lights illuminated or codes presented. Customer had since picked up his car and drove away.
