              I called Superior Vision and was informed that ContactsDirect was the only online in network provider for glasses and contacts lenses. I ordered contacts and submitted a claim. The claim reimbursement was for $100 when I expected $130. I called Superior Vision and was told that all member claims are processed as out of network even if they are for in network providers. This is fraudulent. I was originally told that a claim adjustment would be processed in five days, it wasn't. I called again and was told there was nothing they could do because the claim was processed correctly, it wasn't.

              They are one of the worst to try to contact. We are a provider that is trying to get on the panel with out own lab. The appliction form is very confusing so not sure how to get a lab added. Provider noticed that the lab was not on the contracts so I responded to the email and requested assistance and never heard back and no other contact info was provided. Reached out a second time becuase I know its impossible to contact someone via phone. Heard nothing. Finally had to call and got someone that was on the struggle bus and counld wrap their head around what I was requesting and had to explaine it to her several times. She then took the info and submitted it to whoever it goes to and couldnt give any timeframe as to when they should be reaching out. Literally the worst. When do we bring back customer service? When do we start requiring people to do their jobs? What a joke. I would never opt into this insurance as a customer knowing how they handle the provider side and will let everyone I know that is considering vision insurnace that ****** ******** is not it.
